Really grateful for Michaels help. He was able to restore my data from my computer I accidentally destroyed with water. He also provided some great advice on which laptops would be best for what I need it for. Michael lended me a laptop to use in the mean time to use until I bought a new laptop. I felt that Michael really helped me and did not give me false hope and explained all my options very clearly (I am not tech savvy in the slightest). Calling up in advance I was able to ask about prices, I had called another computer repairs shop in bendigo which quoted me $280 and if unable to repair I would still be charge $200. Michael quoted much much less and if it was unable to be restored I would have only have been charged a very small fee. Again I am so grateful. Michael is very friendly, professional, fast and informative and genuinely cares about his clients and will do anything he can to help!

Micheal was a joy to work with, was paitent and understanding, very generous with his time and materials and went above and beyond to fix my PC issues.

What a fantastic find this business is. I was seen straight away as a walk in with my laptop and Michael fixed it within 20 minutes when I was quoted around $300 from other computer places. He diagnosed the problem immediately, avoided fixes that would've cost me more $$ and was by far the most affordable out of another 4 places. Great guy, great service, great price. This will be my regular go-to place from now on.

Called in to see about repairing an old laptop for my 90 year old dad. Michael was really understanding and knew exactly how I needed to set things up for a first time internet user. Unfortunately my laptop was too old so Michael was able to source one that will fit my Dads needs perfectly. Brilliant service and I think he will do really well in his business!
