These blokes are great. They listen give you good solid advice and don’t charge a fortune. After sales service is second to none also. Geeky in Bendigo has good old fashion service, which is getting hard to find these days.

Great guys to deal with had a problem with a bug in my IPad after a scam attempt. It was cleared and returned to me within about 1 hour

Mikey and Angus have been phenomenal to deal with. Quick turnaround on repairs, showing friendly and warm service. Pricing is also incredibly fair.

Michael was really helpful and I really recommend if you are having trouble with your laptops and stuff to bring it in. They will fix it right up

After the Blue screen of Death appeared on my laptop, I thought that was the end of it, and that I had lost all my saved files and photos. Not only was Michael able to get my computer working again, but he was able to salvage all my files. Awesome service and super quick turn-around! I wouldn't take my computer to anyone else!

It's not easy to find an IT professional to trust with your computer and data, but Geekly is one of those exceptional businesses.

The owner Michael was very kind and considerate, going well above and beyond with his customer service. I was freaking out because I thought I had an major problem that couldn't be solved without losing data AND having to fork out for a new machine at exactly the worst possible time. He not only solved the problem in record time, he texted me proof as he was doing it in order to allay my anxiety. Truly a remarkable level of customer service that he somehow then managed to top when he personally delivered it to my front door Saturday morning (I'd only dropped it off just before close of business the day before!) to save me the travel time and because he appreciated how urgently I needed the laptop back. (I should be clear - he called me first to ask if I would prefer him dropping it off.he didn't just show up unannounced!).

This business is a rare find and an absolute asset to the region. It may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and more in knowing the quality of service being delivered. Michael gave me the price up front, which was exactly what was advertised on his website's pricing schedule, and that was precisely what I paid. No last minute hidden extras, no BS.

I took my old laptop to Geekly because it was taking about 10-15 minutes to start in the morning. Michael made it run better than when new, he sourced components quickly and for competitive prices. My laptop is an older model, but I still got it back the next day and all my files were transported ready to use. Much much cheaper than purchasing a new laptop, definitely recommend for anyone wanting to keep an existing computer.
