Do not give your phone to them for repairs
called at least 100 times on their phone number on website no response.
If your phone is under warranty take to retail shop where did you buy from
They will charge you 66 dollar and never refund you although they will assure you once the phone in warranty they will refund you.go to retail shop and they will change you rather than going for frauds

I'm very happy with this phone shop I'm very happy in Watson Street in Werribee I recommend people going to be shop organise Samsung shop they're very nice people and they're very nice customer service thanks thank you very phone shop in Werribee

Great experience at Geek Republic! Personable and understanding service. The phone was meant to take up to a week to fix but they had it fixed within 24 hours! Very happy with the quick repair and that they use proper Samsung parts so I feel confident in the repair.

Would not recommend them. Poor customer service. I was sent by Samsung High Point for a screen repair. I called earlier to check if they would fix it on the spot the guy said yes bring it and come. The lady at the reception was abrupt and said it would take 3 to 5 days. They would charge $66.00 for a diagnosis first and then refund. Customer service needs a lot of improvement

Overpriced services with cheap parts that break easily. Got my laptop battery replaced just for them to realise it is a charger issue and charging me for replacing a perfectly good battery with a bad one and a brand new charger.

Was sent here by Samsung for a phone repair serviced under warranty for technical issues. When the man checked my phone he straight away said it was a screen issue before even thoroughly checking it. He claimed I had cracks on my screen (I had a screen protector on), allowed him to even take it off to which he did but he couldn't find any cracks. The worst part was he couldn't properly take off the protector and left a big chunk of sharp screen protector remnants on it! He then said that i had to take off the rest slowly because he didn't want to break my screen? ! And then proceeds to tell me it will cost roughly $460+ for a screen replacement before even sending my phone to Samsung for diagnostics. Honestly this place really left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst customer service and they charge exuberant fees. Didnt go ahead with the servicing and instead followed up directly with Samsung.

If can do minus five I will.
No knowledge of business at all.
I left my phone to fix and 4 days later still waiting.
Try to call 17 times to ask but no answer no call back ider.
Don't go there guys. Very frustrating.
Samsung need to think before they give this address.

Dont bother going there.was directed by samsung to go.my phone is under warranty but they want to charge to diagnose issue also.the way the man talks there immediately puts u off.could have told me about the charges the first time n went on saturday.but telling me when i got it back on monday.

Would've given negative stars if there was an option. The staff member was so rude. Without even knowing the exact problem he asked for money and said just give an answer yes or no. Won't listen to what has happened. Only went there as Samsung told us to do so. But never going there again.

I don't know why my mobile phone can't be charged, but they repaired it for me in a flash, and I will find him next time I repair the mobile phone in Geek Republic. Very reliable.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY AND NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE, BUT INSTEAD HE GAVE WRONG REPORT TO SAMSUNG AND THEN WHEN I TRY TO CONFRONT HE DID NOT WANNA HAVE ANY CONVERSTAION WITH ME, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE GUY AND HIS SHOP!

Worst customer service I ever had. Insisting that the issue was due to the small dent on the pad that is causing the issue. All I need was to bring it to JB Hifi and they acknowledge that it is a factory defect straightaway replaced it. Total Rip off, just wanted to take your money. Would not recommend it.
