My two friends and i had afternoon tea here today.
Our iced coffees were delicious and my slice of lemon tart was also very nice though a little over priced, but unfortunately it was not at all a comfortable experience to be there as sweeping, mopping and putting chairs on tables were going on a whole hour before their closing time of 4: 30 pm.
I pointed out to a staff member who answered that it was how they did it 'here'.
At 3: 50pm i could hear a customer on a table close by saying that they would go soon because it looked like they were about to close.
Not only is it disrespectful to be mopping and puttting chairs up around people still 'dining', but also very much a safety issue.
A very easy sloution would be to direct diners to the front area when they ordered their food so cleaning could happen appropiately.
We enjoyed a short wander around the garden centre afterwards which is always so interesting and inspirational.
The two star rating reflects the overall experience at the cafe because the feeling you have whilst there dampens the positives of eating the lovely food and having the good service.

As a very experienced person in hospitality industry, I find this place one of the best in the area even though the coffee doesn’t taste in their take away cup (because of paper lid) as good as in their glass!

I've had breakfast and lunch here, it's always busy, food is yum, this time I had the seafood pie, it was lovely

Had lunch here yesterday with a girlfriend for her birthday and I was very impressed!
My first time here and we just loved it!
Sat in the wine bar area and had a Prosecco with our lunch.
I had the savoury asparagus and mushroom crepe…. To die for, it was that good!
My friend had the burger and she really enjoyed it.
Lovely friendly staff with fast service and such a variety of meals to choose from.
Will definitely be back!

The wait time was long to order but quick after ordering however my vegan pie was barely warm which was disappointing. The food was tasty yet overpriced for a cafe and the amount. We ordered a vegan pie, tiny arancini which were more of a tiny rice ball without sauce, seafood mornay pie with salad and tiny chips. Cafe staff were friendly and tables were cleaned promptly but not the experience I would tell friends about.

Food is always great and there is so much to choose from. It is always a good day when you get to go to Gardenworld, have a nice lunch and buy some plants. Been many times and will keep coming back.

Bought 3 trees, after having a delightful breakfast. We found Jaz to be very helpful, informative and very welcoming. She helped us decide on which native trees best suited for our council area.

Accompany the wonderful Garden World. This is the to go place for bite, lunch and anything in between. Great pie and pastry.
Could do a better milkshake instead of just flavouring.

Lovely place to have lunch especially after walking around the nursery. The staff are friendly and service with a smile. Nice variety of food to chose from and drinks. I recommend their chicken and avocado baguette. Inviting and warm atmosphere with nice seatings.

Great food with fresh homemade varieties. Great ambience. Only complaint is that it is so popular it is hard to get a seat at peak times. Check out the interesting garden centres next doir and the imorssive bonsai garden

The Eggs Floretine (I added bacon, I can't help myself) were beautiful and good coffee to go with it. Very fast and friendly service and too expensive. A great way to start our relaxing shopping adventure at Gardenworld.

The whole store is decorated with flowers, surrounded by flowers, which is natural and comfortable, the menu is rich, and the taste and presentation of the products are good.

Lots of food options catering for all price point and tastes. Good coffee and pleasant Cafe vibe

Every time we come for lunch I feel comfortable our meals we choose is supper yummy and hot I do recommend it to my friends and others

Amazing homemade food with a good variety to choose from. The seating area is beautiful. A bit pricey for a cafe and can get very loud but an enjoyable place for brunch/lunch. Great range of gluten free desserts!
