Concur with other reviews that the prices are a bit high, but they have a quality supply of plants.
Multiple staff on hand to assist, but I had to wait for to long to be served.

Had excellent service from Suzi in the plant area. Really love gardenworld for the variety of plants and reasonable prices. Lovely cafe and is a nice outing for families. Car park can get busy in the afternoons. Great range of terrarium plants.

Bought a pond light today from lotus water garden, the staff were amazing, made sure we knew how to set it up.very knowledgeable and keen to help.

Great selection of plants, indoor and outdoor. And everything you need. Nice place to visit, plenty of ideas with the display.

My regular place to be for my garden and indoor plants. I have my own collection at home now and most of the plants are from here. Great coffee shop, collectors corner and the orchard room never disappoints no matter what season of the year.

Wanted to buy a few plant, selected them and went to check out, was told they were more than the sign advertised, when pointed this out they said they had not had time to change the price!
We said thats your problem, not ours. Needless to say, we did not buy and were treated with disrespect. Poor show from the check out staff. Time for training to kick in and realise customers should be treated with some respect!

Great nursery in the outer south east. Good selection of orchids unseen anywhere else. The place is pretty big so do allow some time to browse around here.

As an enthusiastic Gardenworld addict, I decided to get a drink in the Gardenworld cafe today until I stopped and saw golliwogs on the shelves. Apparently it's not the first time Gardenworld has stocked racist giftware so I'd be SUPER keen to get a response from the team. Hopefully y'all don't make the same mistake twice and maybe educate yourselves a lil' because it's 2019 and this is downright embarrassing. Not even my nanna thinks these are acceptable anymore lmao and she's like 86 so.

Really adore coming here, spectacular! The staff have really great knowledge, heaps of resources. I sometimes visit with my pet Blue Tongue Lizard so he can soak in some sunlight. I never come home empty handed.

Dont go here for 'Market' prices.this place is for collectors or special and unusual purchases.great products fantastic healthy plants, interesting environment.its tue place for birthday presents and special occasions.look for the dinosaurs.kids love it

Nursery & collectors corner are awesome and well worth a visit. Was a little disappointed in the cafe's lack of vegan options.

The best Garden Centre in Melbourne, worth visiting, you will find gifts for all occasions. Great for gardeners who take the hobby serious. Happy customer here.

Excellent variety of plants that are not found in other nursery. Plenty of bonsai pots and accessories and loads of beautiful crystals big and small. Unique place as compared to other nursery. Price can be slightly on the higher side in comparison. Cafe there is scrumptious too, suitable for family day out.

I’m not even a fan of plants but my god.worth a trip and if you’re got kids, I hope they like dinosaurs!

Overpriced and very rude staff. Got screamed at for looking at fish exhibited in tank the poor thing shouldn't even be there, pointless and cruel.

Such a beautiful place but the staff are all incredibly rude. Multiple visits and not a single nice or polite staff member.

And to the owner - I was here yesterday and four times during the year so it’s not just over the Christmas period, your staff are rude year round. I’m sorry you feel that customer service isn’t a priority.

Love to come her with my kids and enjoy some treats in the cafe. It is a bit like an amusement park but with free entry and you may leave with some surprise purchases!
