Gardens Caravan Park Port Fairy

Nice caravan park, great flat sites. Lots of amenities that are kept really clean. Good distance from town!

Decided on stopping at Pt Fairy. Most impressed with this hamlet. Reminds me of parts of Connecticut. Great cycling, and tomorrow we will do the railtrail.
The Gardens is by far the best located place to stay. Beautiful park, great facilities, Danielle is a welcoming host. We will return.

A beautiful park, set on the waters edge. Had a waterfront site, great view. Very peaceful environment. Facilities good. 10 minute easy walk into town and restaurants.
Plenty of restaurants to choose for lunch or dinner.

Reception at the park very friendly, check in easy and very informative of the area. Good rates for a powered site.

Lovely park but just found that the footy pracrice boys drove a little too fast especially when there are small children around and an non fenced playground

Great park, fabulous sized sites ours 9x9 MTRS. Clean & tidy facilities. 500 metres walk to the beach. Fish n chip shop 1 block away. Cobbs bakery truck does a lunch run in the park.

We could only stay 1 night as the unpowered section at the front of the park acts like a wind tunnel. I would recommend strictly vans only on this area. Our tent was getting smashed and the rest of the park that was somewhat sheltered had little issue. Otherwise the rest of the amenities etc seemed good but we just couldnt stay there to experience the whole thing with winds around

Super organised non contact check in process, great amenities and close to the town centre just a 5 min walk. Lots of space for the kids to run and play & the bird life were super friendly!

Very hospitable staff, great sites, no 25 opp amenities, clean and great showers, will be back, Jason very helpful

Beautiful Caravan Park. Dog friendly, walking distance to town and basically right out the front of East Beach (perfect to take the pups for a run as they are allowed off leash from May - Nov!) Clean facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Only reason we're not giving 5 stars is there is no ocean view and we wish we were told to BYO drinking water as the water is practically undrinkable (please note though; we found water in all caravan parks in SA undrinkable). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Fantastic family caravan park, pet friendly, generous site sizes, clean amenities, walking distance to the beach, shops and pubs. Recomend the Fish and Chip shop over the road.
Great Easter Holiday location!

We love the caravan park and had a great holiday. However, after booking more than 5 months ahead so we could get the river position and be in a group of three sites with friends, for some reason one of our friends was moved to another site! They were told it was changed 3 months before BUT No one called to let them know or explanation why suddenly their site had been given to someone else.they turned up and someone was set up in their.site. We were all VERY disappointed and were continually walking to their site with food etc so we could share meals and enjoy each others company.

Best park in Port Fairy, and if you get a site down along the river also the best sites you can get pretty much anywhere - under the trees, great view of the river and town, walk or ride everywhere.

I wonderful Caravan Park we've been going to for seven years now. I very quick walk up to the beach and into town with well maintained bathrooms, showers and laundry services.

Lovely holiday park. Right on the waterway and 5min walk to the beach across the road. 2 playgrounds for the kids. Dog friendly. Clean facilities. Have to pay 10 bucks for a key to the family bathroom with the baby bath in it which is refundable.

Great caravan park, right on the river with huge sites that are nice green grass. Toilet blocks were always well maintained and clean with good hot showers and good pressure. Couple of little play grounds around the park and just a walk across the road to the beach and 15 min walk into town. Also dog friendly which kids loved talking to every dog in the park.
Tip would be to bring a tap splitter as some sites have only 2 taps per 4 sites so get to share with neighbours.

Safe, large toilet and shower block and great location and close to shops. Beautiful gardens and park area.

This caravan park is great. Awesome friendly staff. Great clean amenities. I enjoyed my weekend here. Family friendly and dog friendly too.

Great park with camp kitchen and open dining under cover. Toilets and showers are clean and bright. Cabins are roomy and well appointed. Great spot close to beach river and not to far from town.
