Gami Chicken & Beer

Food is good. But the girl in front desk (short hair) is rude pushing for takeaway orders and not not entertaining to eat in. Giving excuses like we close in an hour, need to wash dishes etc.
Good food ruined by bad customer service.

Made a phome order, and they were closed but manager was happy to wait 40min for me to drive and pickup

- SO RUDE- (yes the lady with the bob haircut) we have been going to this restaurant for 3 years now…. And we will NEVER! RETURN!
We will be going to the Tarneit branch of this chain from now on…. Much nicer staff.

SHE WASN’T JUST SITTING IN THE CAR BECAUSE OF A STOMACH ACHE…SHE JUST SITS IN THE CAR EVERY TIME SHE IS THERE! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

I'm one of your regular who's kinda comes once every week, and had terrible experience with the 'bobbed hair lady' who owns the car, mini cooper. She just park in the middle of two spots and monitoring staffs at restaurant while taking those two parking spots with that MINI COOPER, of course she doesn't want to move further for others parking, and kept playing her phone. Owner? Manager? Supervisor? Whatever her role is, shouldn't be in hospitality fields, since I experienced this, it gave me that feeling as your service was masked fake deal. Being greedy for taking two spots with such 'HUGE' MINI car, being selfish doesn't move for others parking, terrible she did with customers: were all fake from very bottom of heart. To be honest, I bet she doesn't care this review either.

Friendly staff from the moment you enter until you leave. Yummy food and I scored a kids eat free day. Very happy we visited

Gami cheese stick is my daughter favorite. But she was very disappointed today. The staff took the wrong order from us. ‘ Cheese stick’ and ‘ Chicken steak’, do they sound the same? Yes, I didn’t check the screen when I pay, But I can’t imagined there is a mistake between this two names. And when we realized there is a misunderstand between us, the lady looks unhappy and told me that I need to wait now.

Chicken was quite dry. Had a great flavour though & the sauce was fantastic with the chicken. Robot was cute lol. Not bad guys

Liked the food and drinks. We had Potato Heaven, Salad, Chicken Fondue and its all good. Customer service is also great:)

First time eating in instead of bringing home. Really enjoyed it will definitely eat in as nice and got to the table crispy goodness. Kimchi pancake was awesome.

Customer service was very friendly. Can’t recommend the beef bulgolgi enough. Would also recommend having the sauce choice for your chicken to the side to get your preferred ratio.

Haven't been in about a year, and the menu has changed since. Some still the same, such as the prawn mandu (dumplings) and the japchae (sweet potato noodles) and the cheese sticks. But some new dishes, like many of the fried chicken combos, like the spicy one we had this trip. Got nice service by our human waitress, and the robot waiter too, that talks to you as well. Enjoyed this visit again to Gami, been too long in between!

No complaints with the food. Really tasty. No table service was disappointing. Had order on the app and food delivered by robot. Not the friendliest of experiences. Music and atmosphere give a Korean vibe.

Price is good, not too expensive. They have fried boneless chicken, potato heaven, corn cheese, pancake, fried rice, japchae, beef bulgogi, I like them very much. The environment is really good and fashion. The space is big enough for a party. They also have platter for party. I like “big chicken “ and “corndue chicken“very much.

Eaten there before and the food is great.
Placed and order today. They made a genuine mistake and I had to wait another 5 mins for them to remake my order.
Very polite and apologetic. When I got my order home I discovered they had given me double my order with extra sides. Great food, great staff.

The food was good, had to wait a bit even though the restaurant was empty. Service was so so but the atmosphere was good.

Chips and chicken dishes are perfect. The service is very good too! The owner is very kind and humble, he patiently answer our questions in regards to the food bc 1 of us is allergy to dairy. He served us personally.

I love this place and the food is amazing especially my favourite dish is chicken corndue, finger licking good, I would highly recommend this place.

Overall amazing experience

The chips were fried in what seemed to be old oil and tasted very unpleasant. Another previous review has reflected this. The prawn burger tasted amazing but we would not dine here again.

We had boneless chicken & wings today, really crispy! The sauces were nice too. Try the sweet chilli one, you’ll like it’s sweet, garlicky taste.
