I love Gami. The food, the service, and the staff are so good. Thank you Gami can I feel the feeling of eating fried chicken and other Korea food in Korean drama. I must come back next time!

Food is at normal standard of gami's expectation but out of all the gami's franchise I have been to, point cook seems to have the worst customer service. Staff is not attentive and the place only had a few people in it. They seem to be huddled behind the cash register giggling rather than looking out if dishes needs to cleared or customers need to order. Need some change or feedback. Low volume of customers should not affect customer service expectations.
