Gami Chicken & Beer

OMG this place is so absolutely amazing and care for their customers. My son is allergy to nut and I placed an order through Doordash and mentioned no nut please. And the lovely Gami The Glen team wrote me a sweet little note detailing what’s has nut or not and a thank you message. Thank you so much Gami The Glen. Can’t wait to come back and dine in when all these are over.

Get to know this place during the lockdown through uber delivery. First time came in and dine in with them on Saturday night. This place was packed and I completely can understand why. They doing such a great job considering how crazy is the outside world.

Service was great. We ordered boneless chicken for the waitress only to bring out a order of chicken with bone, and took it back apologised and we had to wait longer. Our correct order came out in 2 batches, because she said they meals come pre made, first batch was nice. Then the final batch came out raw as per the photo below. I took it to the register to show them this when we paid, they apologised and only offered 5% discount.

I asked for extra radish in my delivery, I got extra radish and a cute appreciative note too! Very happy with the food, LOVE the radish too! Chicken is amazing, the best corn cheese comes from here, and their radish is the best thing to ever happen to me. Thank you heaps for the extra radish. Makes me so happy

Very good chicken, lovely and relax environment. Probably one of the best GAMI Chains we have experienced so far.

Your Staff need to change their attitude! The waiter didn't greet when I walked in, instead he just stared and waited for me begin talking. That same Gentleman taking my order was rude. If I ask a simple question regarding anything on your menu, I expect a simple 'Yes' or 'No'. What I don't need is being told that I should have the Gami Menu memorised like I'm there 3 times a day 365 days a year. Shame how one staff member can have such an effect

Nice decor, tasty chicken but wasn't made to feel welcome by the staff. I have ordered previously via Ubereats and wanted to introduce my family to the chicken just a shame the service doesn't encourage another visit.

Waiter was a little shy but the food was nice. Chicken was crispy and had good flavour. Teokbokki was nice

First time I tried and was pleased with my meal. Chicken was really nice and had some good dipping sauces to go with it. Friendly staff to help and didn't have to wait to long.so I would recommend to try this

Gami is a pretty normal Korean restaurant. The price is ok and the food is tasty, nothing exceptional but nothing bad.

It’s closed at 9pm on Wednesdays even though it says 10pm “according to the girl who worked there”

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service, great food for either take-away or eat-in. Just a tad expensive though for a Kingsway restaurant.

Love this place. Authentic Korean Chicken flavour. Friendly and lovely staff and they are very attened quickly! Great customer service and well located in Glen. Highly recommend this place other than any restaurant there. Comfy chairs and nature like interior inside. Love this place and will recommened this place to anyone!

5 of us went in today for the first time to have some lunch and we absolutely LOVE it. The restaurant got a bit busy but the waitress, she is super friendly and helpful. Even though it was so busy, she still have smile on her face and trying to make conversation with us. The food was lovely and chicken was juicy. We will be back for sure.

Really love this Gami Chain. Have been back almost every week. Each and every time the service and food was spot on and my kids absolutely love it. Whenever I asked them where they want to eat out, they will said Gami.

Monday night no chicken wings. Ridiculous given it's their main item!
Sorry walked out gone to Laksa King. Never let down there.
Ps you could tell your waitress to say up front you don't have your best selling dish.

Amazing food and the boneless chicken was spot on. I have tried so many other Gami outlets and other Korean Fried Chicken around Melbourne, by far this is one of the best and the service was amazing.

The food was lovely and chicken was nice. But most unexpected is the friendly service. Good service good food happy customers
