Gami Chicken & Beer

Total waste of money and time. Very poor quality food, runny sauces, food just put together for the heck of it. One staff member for everything meant literally no service. Extremely disappointed and definitely won’t visit again.

Ordered a seafood pancake. But I guess it's sold in the desert, I couldn't find any bit of seafood in it. IMAO.

Busy night and food was 40 minute wait, but glad they I formed us when we ordered.
However, we had to remind staff about a drink a couple of times and a couple of sides.
Service was a bit slow, food was okay.

NEVER GET DELIVERY. We ordered the boneless chicken totalling for $74 and the amount they gave us barely fed one person. We've eaten in at the place before and the serving sizes are night and day, disgusting that they try and stiff the delivery customers since they're not there to complain.

Korean authentic fried chicken. Loved spicy sauce. Good food and service. Decent price compared to other cafes or restaurants. A cute little serving robot looked fancy!

Perfect place for family diner or friend gathering party or birthday party. We had our team Kris Kringle Xmas party here last week which is best xmas party we ever had. Food is awesome and service is wonderful.

Food is alright, I got a Gami Chicken Burger. The burger was quite good, chicken was crispy and nice sauce. The chips were crispy but they were all stuck together, couldn't grab one chip without having another 5 stuck to it. Staff are kind and very welcoming.

Bought a large boneless chicken and this is what we received for $29
We have bought large before and this is only half of what we received last time. Total rip off! Most pieces of like pop corn chicken size and hard as a rock. Very disappointed and upset that we paid this much for this low quality food

Fantastic experience! Walked in was instantly seated by a warm and welcoming staff member, who also went out of her way to explain the menu to me! And when the food came it was delicious and it left me wanting more! Safe to say i will be coming back here for sure

I won’t say that it’s great food as I felt it’s a bit too oily. The chicken is skin on and oily due to deep frying I guess. It fills you up quickly.
The chips are very oily too. Very plain as it’s not spicy or salty.
I’m not sure if we missed the option to request it to be spicy.
It’s okay food, but I don’t think I’ll go there again.

Food is good but we waited at least 50 minute for our food.i always go here but i must say im disappointed.

Fantastic fried chicken. Love the boneless chicken. The fried cheese sticks are very good as well. The honey soy and honey mustard are my favourite sauces.

Staff is very polite and helpful- and if you're lucky, the food delivery robot will bring your food to you! Not that the staff isn't awesome.but it's a robot that plays music while delivering your food!

Food was amazing but was let down by the poor customer service experience. We were served by a Caucasian waitress on the night, around a week ago, when I made a booking for my group of friends. I can sympathise that Friday was a busy night and and it looked like it was only her on the floor. However, she was very rude to our table, was unwelcoming and didn't look like she enjoyed working at Gami. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she was just having a bad day at work, but hope these reviews will give her a chance to work on her customer service.

It's amazing what horrible customer service can do to such a lovely place. I thought I would come to like this Gami branch but it has turned out to be one of the worst food spots to visit in Glen Waverley. I have always given the benefit of doubt for the rude Caucasian waitress who has always talked down to not only myself but my family members and friends whenever we have visited. The service that I got from this same waitress today is the reason why I will be not returning or eating any food from this once great place. This waitress sarcastically, unapologetically and rudely spoke to my sister and me, once again, in regards to clearing the rubbish at the end of our meal. Frustrating is one word to describe this.  In no way was I treated like this at a place where I eat by anyone in my life and it's horrible that this can even happen. I am very disappointed and think that there should be some change to how Gami treat their customers.

The food’s always great. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible. It wasn’t my first time being served poorly by the same Caucasian female server (important detail: I’ve always dreaded coming to Glenny Gami branch because of this particular server), being extremely disrespectful and unwelcoming to every customer; especially towards us. She made us throw out our own take away boxes and containers when we were told to dine-in. I do not recommend anyone to come here unless you want to choke from the uneasiness of their service. Moreover, my girlfriend questioned her strange demands where she responds sarcastically, being unaware of the concerns at hand. Once again, much like the other horrible customer services that other people have endured, I hope that this issue is brought forward to their head management. SAD.

Food is great and it is understandable the difficulty the business trying to survive and compliance with government restrictions.

Food was great but this caucasian female server was very unwelcoming and served us with extraordinary poor customer service. That particular night they were 'booked-out' and so we were offered to sit take away outside with the promise of heating. After noticing the heating wasn't on, we asked if it was on to the same server and she claimed that it was broken and said she'd 'try turning it on'. After our meals, we were forced to take out/ clean up after ourselves and out of confusion I asked why and she simply replied 'because it's take away'. I was very confused and frustrated because the table next to us who were forced to take away outside wasn't asked to discard their rubbish. Overall this dining experience was emotionally traumatic and frustrating. Disgusting customer service and unfriendly staff have no place in the hospitality industry. Disappointed.
