Really really really expensive food,

a plate of boneless chicken with sauce and fries cost $42? Chicken thigh and breast goes for ~$10/kg at butchers (lower for restaurants which buy bulk from suppliers) so i think the price should be a little lower.and their tteokbokki has more instant noodles than actual rice cakes.why is it still called tteokbokki, then? Shouldn’t the dish be called instant ramen instead?

Really nice staff and good place to enjoy food. The half chicken bones with spicy sauce is really yummy. Highly recommended!

I love Gami. This particular store however, is terrible. Slow service when eating in. Even worse when trying to order home delivery. On 2 separate occasions they were over an hour past the latest possible ready time resulting in the driver getting fed up and the order getting cancelled.
Lesson learned.

The food is great! I love their fried chicken with different coatings on it. The staff are very accomdating and pleasant. As a regular customer, I know jing, eva and lee who are very friendly and attentive to details especially when i am having my order. Overall, Gami fountain gate has always been my happy place that always leaves me very satisfied. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

The food are awesome but the staff would probably need more observations on the customers queuing and who is going in the next first. We had some other customer going in before us while we’ve been waiting for a period of time.

They provide the opportunity to book online, however 6 days after applying for a table, we were met with "we don't take bookings. "
They obviously don't bother with the booking system because it's so busy lately they just don't need it.
I'll remove the review once the booking system is removed for this venue.

Great service, very busy on Friday night, but my order was ready within the time limit set. Very nice staff, would recommend to friends.

Had the worst experience ever. Used the Scan and order function on the table. It charged my card however the order apparently didn’t go through. Told me that it will be refunded in 3 business days however I need to pay again as their ordering system apparently fails sometimes and they are not sure why. (you should not have that as a way of ordering if it fails all the time and charge your customers twice) it’s just unacceptable having to pay again it is your ordering system which you heavily promote in store. Paid for the same food again the bill was 0.75 cents more (card surcharge if you do not order using there online system). Ordered a Kimichi fried rice which according to the menu is served with a salad however the one we got was with chips when asked the reason for this change apparently it’s only during dinner service they serve it with salad. (specify that on your menu! What you are doing is false advertising). Food was ok for what it is. Service just rubbish.

Bloody awesome food the crispy boneless chicken was amazing we had the sweet chilli and normal with rice it was like I was back in the Philippines everyone was lovely and accommodating.

Ordered some big family chicken pack, can't remember what it was called, it came with about 12 chips total! How are 12 French fry size chips supposed to feed a family guys!? !?

Both times we've ordered from here we have had either the wrong order or extremely late meals. Quite disappointing as the food is nice

Gami Fountain Gate branch staff are polite, friendly and very professional. Especially the manager (Eva). She is very helpful to the customers. Always happy to assist everyone with their needs. A good role model to her team members and a great asset to the company. Always have a good eating time with my family at Gami FG. Food is excellent and very clean restaurant. Well done and keep up the good work!

Today we had the best time at Gami that I think I've ever had! Our server Dellany was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. She is a huge asset to your restaurant and deserves much kudos. A must try restaurant no? We will definitely be back soon!

Has to be hands down my favourite place on the earth to eat, everyone is sooo lovely and so amazing can never get over the wonderful service! Not even just in store as well even online orders all around amazing?

I’ve been to Gami a few times in previous years and was usually impressed. However, this branch in Fountain Gate wasn’t the best. The food is a hit or miss: the soup dishes were not great at all, and the corn cheese was overly sweet. But their fried chicken as always, was their best dish. Additionally, staff were polite and the ambience was nice, but they completely forgot one of our orders (and also one of the orders of the table next to us). Perhaps it was just one of their bad days, but I’d think twice before coming to this particular branch again.

Food was ok.but the service was terrible. It took 45mins to recieve our drinks and by that stage we had already finished our meals.we ordered sauce that that arrived after our meals were finished.would have loved to have had a few beers at put some cash through the till but i just didnt have the patience.having said all that the staff were polite and the food was reasonable but i wont be dinning there again any time soon.

Very disappointed. Went in and placed take away order. When we got home and opened the bag we were missing salads and sides. Checked the receipt and everything was charged just not packed.
Was also concerning when we walked in to see all the delivery orders sitting out on tables waiting for delivery drivers to pick up and those order were still out when we left 10mins later. Not sure they would be safe to eat if they were out much before we arrived.

Unacceptable chicken quality, fewer pieces and extremely fat and oil. I looked for white meat and never found it.

The best dining experience ever. The ambiance was very good. GAMI serve high quality food and the staff is friendly. Looking after customer all throughout dining experience. 5 stars. If its possible to give 7 stars i will.
