Waiter got pissed because i was late to order and the workers were unhelpful and they had horrible customer service skills
never go to this awful restaurant again and the food was horrible

Gami Chicken is an absolute gem! The flavors are tantalizing, the service is top-notch, and the ambiance is just right. Every visit is a delightful experience. The manager Hudson really knows how to keep everything to a high standard

Came in at 6pm to order takeaway for dinner. To be told that it would only be an hr wait (which would've been fine). However chose not to order from Gami Eastland because of how rude the customer service was. As we were leaving he also yelled "what do you expect, coming in at this time? " Again it was 6PM. Most would say that's dinner time.
Can confirm Gami will not be seeing us again. The food is not good enough to deal with employee attitude like that. Absolutely disgusting.

Your classic Gami place with a great selection of options available. Lovely location with a coool vibe but was a bit noisy given its open air to the rest of the food precinct.

Still, a good option if you’re not sure what you want!

The worst chicken burger (Katsu burger) that I've had in a long time. Dry, oily and trying to compensate the bad taste with too much sauce.

We tried Japchae too, bellow food court food quality, all you could taste was oil and sauce!

Also, got chicken slider for my little one, she took couple of bites and said her mouth was burning! I though she was trying to make an excuse to go back to playing, but when I tried it I found it very spicy, specially for a kid food! So I told the waitress and he said yes, they put some pepper on it! There is nothing in he menu suggesting you're getting a spicy food. It got even better when he still asked me to pay for it, something that we couldn't even eat and had to get her a take away from somewhere else!

I asked to talk to the manager, waitress said he was overseas and he's all I got and he couldn't do anything about it!

Had a delicious dinner with friends tonight and had a blast with Will as our server! Heaps of energy and had as all laughing. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Great Korean Fried Chicken, and some of the best fries I've ever had. However, food takes quite a long time to come out.

Good friendly staff, but shocking food, they brought it all out at different stages so by the time the chicken came out the rest was cold, alot of the chicken looked purple/undercooked and tasted of nothing but grease. We left most of the food and went elsewhere. Waste of $50 will not be returning. Also no wipes or hand washing area for hands when eating chicken on the bone baffles me.

Went here during the week and ordered the big chicken dish to share took 35mins for my order to come out and once it came out it took another 10mins for the sauces to come as we wanted to try the chicken with sauces and flavours we waited and our food obviously got cold. Food was very bland after it was all together and sadly just really disappointed with the food. I heard the hype but why pay 69 bucks for chicken that's literally it even as good as KFC?

Sadly they no longer have breast meat in the boneless chicken! Just thigh. So disappointing

I had dinner here with my friend and the Service was terrible they kept forgetting our food and tried to accuse my friend of eating food that wasn’t hers when she had a receipt to prove she payed the workers were a hot mess. The food came out at different times and we ended up asking for a refund for 1 of the meals because it took so long to the point we’re everyone was finished eating and the food was subpar

Chicken katsu with chips was super nice. I wish the sauce was a little bit thicker but you can't go wrong with it! Friendly staff, quick service. I will be coming back

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant at ringwood and both time I have had a bed experience, it makes me wonder what is going on with this particular restaurant or maybe I am just really unlucky first time there was plastic food in the food now today they can't get simply instructions correct chicken, lettuce and carrot was the only things asked for and they messed it up 3 times before we just gave up and left ‍️

Sure, there was chicken but it was mostly flavourless; despite picking a flavoured chicken dish.

What made the dining experience worse is the app that is required takes forever to download, and doesn't function properly.

I did have this as a 2 star, but just thinking about the dining experience has made me drop it to a 1 star; I'm still that angry, disappointed, and feeling ripped off.

Such a great dining-in experience on a busy Friday night. The robot waiter is so fun, the staff are lovely and really helpful answering questions about food intolerances. The manager (/owner?) is a warm, engaging and friendly guy who makes all his dining guests feel like family. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Thanks everyone!
