I was faithfully making all of my MTG purchases here until tonight. I've always felt like I never fit in at the store for not knowing enough about Magic but I always gave the team at Games Portal a fair shot because I know how difficult a retail store can be. I've been extremely patient with everyone there but I draw the straw at how rudely I was spoken to over the phone this evening.
If you're a boy with enough MTG knowledge to fit in you won't have a problem here.
My place to play magic weekly. The rebranding did some good, staff is welcoming, people are great, service is just what you would expect from your friendly local game store

Great venue, friendly staff and a terrific range of ccgs, board and card games, and an excellent d&d and X wing range.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff only too willing to help, combined with an excellent range of all types of gaming products makes this an excellent place. Also extremely welcoming and helpful to new players at events.
Unlike other games shops, Next Level Games, isn't just about Trading Card Games. They have a store board game collection which is free for anyone to come and use, and they are also part of a highly active board gaming group that meets at the venue once a month.
The staff are all really friendly, and are happy to help out tracking down a hard to find board game or gaming item you might be after.
They also have trading card game events and tournaments running most weekdays/weekends.
Always a great time playing magic at the store. Wednesday night drafts and modern formats with a strong crowd of regulars
