Very friendly and easy to approach team, all happy to help with any query or possibly silly question you have. So many board games to choose from! And they're always getting more in, and the team there are always happy to recommend stuff to you based on what you like/are looking for/how you're going to play.

Overall really reasonably priced for a brick and mortar store trying to compete with online stores! Always going to come back!

Gameology is a very reliable and reputable store. They can at times get games that are a bit more rare. I have no issues recommending them to fellow gamers.

Extremely poor customer service experience. Pre ordered multiple items which were due to be released all in the one go. One small item in the whole order got delayed with no eta and they attempted to hold the entire order for an undisclosed amount of time to save themselves literally a few dollars. Throughout the whole process I just got sent back generic emails which I found condescending which just infuriated me more. Will never shop from here again. Its ridiculous to treat customers this way who bring in so much money to save yourselves $10.

Went in to buy a game and the staff were so lovely. Even was greeted by another employee as I left the car park. Great collection of games at awesome prices.

Have just started purchasing through them (actually found them through ebay first), and they not only have everything that im looking for, but regularly have specials on what i need (want? Nah definitely need!)

Just do not pre order any games. We have bought many games with Gameology but will never again. We pre ordered a game in November and still have not recieved it come April. Every month they update the ETA of the game to that month and when contacted they simply say it is all in the conditions of the pre order policy. I completely understand this, but paying for something in November with an ETA of December and not receiving it yet 5 months later is just straight taking the piss. Completely dissatisfied.

Very wholesale type feel to this small board games and collectibles stores located in Clayton South. Firstly customer service is terrific in store where they will give you heads up of any deals and not too pushy about it either. Secondly Gameology has some of the best pricing of board games in Melbourne and maybe even all of Australia. Just a heads up if you want to buy board game here, i'd suggest going in store because that use Star Track as their logistics delivery client and they are terrible to say it straight. It becomes a hinder if you want it to be a clean and efficient delivery of your goods without any hassles along the way. Overall been here 5 or more times and can say experience has been so far positive and would recommend people to come here for board games especially if you are around the area.

Dont trust these guys to actually honor online sales via Amazon. Preordered a game in November and they wasted months of my time waiting (could have bought it cheap during boxing day sales etc) and cancelled it today (January). Cited lack of stock yet the Amazon listing shows they still have 3 copies. They wont be getting any further business from me.

I ordered something from Catch, whilst I placed the order with them, the item was sent from Gameology. Firstly they sent me the wrong item. Now they are unable to send me the correct item as their last one in stock is damaged. None the less, Gameology made an effort to fix the issue and refunded me the item plus a little extra. Whilst frustrating, they cared enough to try and fix it. Thanks
