Happy with my purchases. Everything has arrived when expected. They are super busy at the moment and I wished to amend an order. I emailed them and the replied promptly so all was sorted quickly and easily.

Had a few hiccups on the way to buying my first booster box from them. However with ever twist and turn the support staff helped me. I felt truly valued and can't recommend these guys enough.

I purchased an item and the process went smoothly, I contacted them to make an addition to my order and this again was not a problem. I was feeling confident and completed my purchase and waited in anticipation of my package.

I encountered a logistics error as a mistake Gamology made meant my package took many extra weeks to arrive however I must commend Gamology for their communication and their efforts to rectify the situation. I was pleased to see that they followed through with their promise to keep tabs on this package and I eventually received it.
Mistakes happen and I am pleased that this company actually do care for their customers and helped me along the way.

Great range of games and accessories. Their customer service is genuine although occasionally a little slow/delayed. Pricing tends towards the higher end of the spectrum when things aren't on sale.
Overall though, a great company to deal with.

I do a large order a few times a year for new games, always click and collect. Order is prepped very quickly, games always in great quality and fantastic value. Gameology have a wonderful wide range to cater to a lot of styles, preferences, ages and abilities and when collecting, staff are always lovely and highly knowledgable too!
