Brief history of my ps4 in the past. One time my ps4 had issue I took it to EB games and I waited 1 month to get my ps4 fixed since they were sending it to Sydney cause they didn't have anyone that fixes at there store. Now I recently had power problem with my ps4 cause it wasn't turning on I really needed to get fixed ASAP, I didn't have any hope that anyone was gonna be able fix the issue and luckily I found game freaks not only did they fix my ps4, they fixed in 1 day and a half cause they were already busy the day before. They even cleaned my cd drive the fan that over heat and the inside of my ps4, can't believe how quite my ps4 is I'm so thankful to game freaks for there hard work. I'm definitely suggesting them to my friends in the future

Fast service at a very reasonable price, my repair required soldering and they still did it on the spot within an hour. Amazing service and highly recommended.

At Game freaks not only is the repair prices good value the products they use are top quality, they go above and beyond with the customer service and jobs are always done quick. I’ve had both my PS4 and switch fixed with no issues and even a phone screen. I would highly recommend, will definitely continue to use.

Johnnys a great guy wonderful service showed my dad and I exactly what was wrong and was guiding us how he was gonna fix it and he fixed really quickly and there was another problem a couple days later and Johnny didn’t even hesitate to help and quickly helped us find the problem and fix it amazing service and person aswell very lucky to have found his service. Johnny is an absolute legend. I stopped past to drop off my Switch OLED for a repair, and his lovely wife let me stick around to charge my phone for a minute. Johnny happened to return at the time and took a look at my console, fixing it on the spot for me. I've never received such prompt and reliable service before, and am so glad I traveled across the city to make my way to Game Freaks. Words cannot express how grateful I am to them; I usually do repairs on my consoles myself but Game Freaks will be my first port of call from here on out. Thank you again, Johnny!

Found these guys around the corner from my place. They replaced an iPhone battery for me in about 20 minutes flat. With a warranty too! At about 20% of what Apple wanted to charge me. They also do media transfers, VHS to DVD and the like, which I will take advantage of next.

Very happy to have a quick fix for my PlayStation especially during lockdown when other repairs say 3-4 weeks, they picked up and dropped it off the next day.

Absolutely incredible this place is, they treat customers amazingly and are great with how they fix things. My ps4 was so faulty and so i took it here and a few days after i go to pick it up and it works perfectly. They even provide FREE drinks for customers. How Awsome

Best service and the best people, never had an issue with any repairs I've had done there like the guys at the swap meets in their tiny stores that do not do refunds when at fault and can't even fix it. I've had all our electronic devices repaired by this guy and I recommend him to everyone and no one has beaten his service. Two thumbs up

My PS4 was really loud and now it is very quiet. They were very nice to deal with and the work was done in a very timely manner.
