The service was quick, reliable and unmatched. Went to get my husband’s Xbox fixed and within 5 seconds, he was able to diagnose the problem and explained that it had a broken HDMI port. Went in with my daughter and they made us feel very welcomed and accommodated. I love how the place is clean and offers free drinks to its customers. Would definitely be coming back with any gaming issues relating!

Had two ps5 controllers both with stick creep in the left. Dropped them off Friday morning. Both were done and work perfectly by Monday midday. Excellent service all round. Thanks

I highly recommend Game Freaks. They have both expertise and great customer service. Johnny was able to diagnose the issue with my son’s PS4 over the phone. When I got to the shop he confirmed his original diagnosis, gave me repair options and had the console fixed within a hour.

I took in my ps4 for overheating and loud console. Not only was the problem solved, but I got a 2TB upgrade with it for a discount. Unlike another service, they actually replaced thermal paste, took photos and explained what they did and got it done by the next day. Would go back.

Service was lovely and prompt. They even gave a recommendation for a lovely cafe while I waited. The PlayStation I got repaired is now working beautifully too. Much better than sending it off to eb games which would have taken over a week and cost much more
