Not bad pies, fairly typical of the country bakeries. A bit too large and modernised for me and for the size of the place most of the pie varieties were empty. Prefer the smaller bakeries like Elmore.

I want to love this place, but I just can’t. Great decor and range but the pie was average and the coffee made me feel sick.

The new and improved Gaffneys is my favourite bakery now. So big, so many choices. Fantastic coffee. I recommend the ham and cheese croissants. Delicious

Wonderful choice/ variety in food and drink.
Good priced/choice of celebration cakes also. Big store with plenty of dine in seating inside and out.

The coffee is delicious, goes well with the pies and cakes. The only criticism for this visit was the number of tables that needed clearing, but it was busy. Will definitely come again

The range of hot food and cakes are fantastic first time I have been there and it won't be the last great place for whole Family

Very disappointing. I wanted a fresh ham and salad roll but only pre-made rolls were available, and they had run out of the ham and salad. Keeping in mind this is a bakery that supposedly sells fresh food, they refused to make one. It was pre- made or nothing. I settled on a salami and salad roll which was tasteles. I don't think there were any condiments on it, certainly no pickles etc. My son found his two pies very average indeed. I will not be going back.

Very busy and popular business. Staff were willing to accommodate our dietary needs, however it still took over 30 minutes to make a long black coffee.

We come here every time we come to Healthcote. We were amazed by the new bakery what a fantastic addition to this community.

Loved it. So big with everything you need on a road trip. Great coffee and cakes. Bread and delicious hot foods. The cafe eating area is huge and the outdoor balcony is beautiful in the morning sunshine.

Nice Bakery, prices are ridiculous! Heathcote is a small yet bustling little town and to pay the prices this place charges is not good. The venue is great very clean and service was a bit confusing. The food and coffee were nice and give it 4 stars. Overall its a nice place with good quality baked food.

Broccoli and Cauliflower pie was delicious. Jelly slice excellent.
A little disjointed service for such a large place it would be better to have orders delivered to tables rather then everyone standing around waiting for items to be handed over while being toasted or waiting to take your own dine in coffee to your table.
Ps. Get Milklab Almond milk. Be awesome to be able to stop and grab a decent almond coffee on the trip from Echuca to Melbourne. Almond breeze just doesn’t taste good.

Top quality pies, and the pastie tasted exactly like my grandma used to make. Definitely worth the stop if you're driving through Heathcote

Very nice bakery with a huge range of delicious food choices. Very neat and clean with friendly staff. The drive has some nice scenery and well worth the trip!
