Biggest bakery ever! An amazing selection of pies, pastries, bread, and even lollies and other goodies. The coffee is great and service is exceptional with kind staff. You could also see the products being baked through a window at the back! There is penalty of comfortable seating, as well as a seperate section of gluten free bread.

How good is this bakery? One of the best in country Victoria. We stop here every chance we get and we are not disappointed.
The staff are excellent and the food are always top notch. Don’t worry if the lines are long as they move quickly and it is worth it.

Wow, what an impressive bakery for such a small town. Passing through Heathcote today we stopped at Gaffney’s Bakery at 63 High St Heathcote.
The place was absolutely jumping. I spoke to Bek, the shift Supervisor, and mentioned how busy it was when it was my turn to be served; she said things had returned to normal and that they were getting even busier this. This bakery is one you really have to experience for yourself. It’s almost overwhelming with the choice on offer. If BIG is what you are looking for, this is for you. Loved my steak and pepper pie along with my hot chocolate!

The service is fantastic! We tried a beef & veg pasty, beef & mushroom pie and a rhubarb/strawberry pie. I asked for cream with the sweet pie and the assistant offered icecream as well! Lovely!

So impressed by cake selection. Visited for breakfast. Had the bacon & egg roll, vanilla slice and a mocha. All tasted devine! Can see why it won awards for best regional bakery.

Called in on our way home and had nice food and a lovely coffee, service was wonderful and quite an experience worth stopping just for a look

Great service! Triple Chilli pie is as decribed and delicious, Beef and bacon, great and a deep rich gravy to suit, and the Croissant was buttery amd really well toasted. The Pepper pie I felt was well flavoured and spiced but sadly lacked alot on the gravy front (my fav pie type). Nice hedgehog and great cupcakes. The Lemon tart though was hardly that, great pasty but may as well have called it sugar lemon mousse in a tart shell, not a fan.
Highly recommend the pies, particularly the gravy based ones, killer flavour and pastry!

Excellent place to stop for a few minutes for coffee and try one of their lovely pastries. Very clean. Plenty of food on display.

Absolutely wonderful bake house. Coffees are slow to be made and not to the same standard as the bakery.

The set of food cabinets is all over the place - you have to go to 3 different service areas for savoury, sweets and coffee.
Anyway- staff are friendly enough but coffee is atrocious!

I had a very enjoyable lunch, and wow, the pepper steak pie and the passionfruit tart was really good. I have to complement the staff, as the service was great, and the store was spotless. I will definitely stop by again on my next trip through Heathcote.

This must be one of the biggest bakery I have ever seen. Plenty of choices to pick from - pies, sandwiches, cakes, coffee and plenty more. Impressive! The passion fruit vanilla slice is OMG!

Possibly the worst sausage roll I've ever tried to eat - full of breadcrums which is used as a filler with very little sausage meat and zero flavour. The pie I ate was acceptable - just.

This bakery is always great whether your looking for a pie or something sweet, even the coffee is good (which is rare in country towns). Highly recommend.

This bakery has all the charm of a country bakery in a spacious and gloriously decorated space. They have all the yummy pies and cakes you would expect to find in such a place + some more! They also sell delicious sauces and relishes.
Their beef & shiraz pie? Is to die for.and don't forget the homemade tomato sauce!
Highly recommended.

It seemed popular.the line was about 100 people long!
We went to the other bakery down the road instead as we didn't have time to wait.
It looks good but very commercialised since they moved to their new location which I think is a shame. I personally prefer less of a factory production line feel.

Terrible service. Went in to purchase cakes and slices after waiting at that counter to be served by the staff behind we were informed that we had to go over the other side of the store near the coffee counter and line up, then going past all the pies, rolls sandwiches etc counter not wanting any of these things, to get a staff member to bring us back to where we started is absolutely ridiculous. I believe in an attempt to get us to purchase from all the counters. We will never return.
