FURLA - Emporium reviews
24 Minus rating if i could.
Bag broken second time after being repaired- yes not their fault.
Originally offered to get the new stock instead of repair since it took such a long time but admitted they dont have stock in the whole Australia - if they didnt really have it also not their fault.
Friends in Sydney found my bag actually in stock- they definitely lied.
The person who served me admit thats shes the manager, but as the other review says she does talk in mandarin while serving me. Not surprising when the supposedly role model set the standard of customer service that low.
The manager didnt look like know what shes doing, she took my bag and almost not giving me the exchange receipt i actually need to collect the new stock.
Then said nothing, no farewell or emphaty the facts that my bag broke second time.
I reckon lower budget store can do better customer service than this.
The staff is very impolite and rude. No service sprit at all. Strongly recommend furla to train the staff.
Zero Stars.
Walked into Furla Emporium (27th Jan) with my fiancee to look at purchasing a handbag.
- There were 5 Asian employees behind the counter chatting in their language
- One came over to 'help' and offered very little assistance
- Seeing that nothing suited our needs we left.
As we were leaving one employee spoke to another (about us judging by the eye contact and pointing) in Asian, then both walked away on their phones.
Terrible staff, rude attitude. Clearly only wanting to cater to the Asian demographic.
Keeping in mind we had over $700 worth of shopping on our person when we walked in.
The staff need to be removed and fresh, welcoming staff hired.
Rude, bitchy staff. The staff here used to be lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say the same now. It's not nice when people are openly judging you (pointing and looking) in another language. There were a few staff standing around on their phones as well. Not very professional for an upmarket brand.
I'm not tempted to shop at Furla after today.
