I walked into Furla after work today because I saw a scarf that I liked. I asked the man at the front if I could try it on, and he just stared at me without moving and said ‘that one’s $170’. Excuse me? I didn’t ask the price! I asked to try it on! I had to repeat myself to try it on and even after that he just said sure and I had to pick it up and unroll it myself. I’ve never had such slack service at a luxury store before.

I have been looking for a nice scarf for a while, but instead I was left embarrassed by the staff. This has really upset me.

Never buy Furla. I am sorry to say but I was disappointed with the bag and after service. After a year just passed, the clasp on my $700 value bag was broken. It was okay to pay for repairing but Furla said they couldn’t repair it because they didn’t make this clasp design anymore. Instead, customer service team gave me alternative repair shop in Sydney. Should I fly to Sydney to fix my bag? I occasionally used the bag for a year. I cannot use it anymore. Furla bag is not durable and its after service is not appropriate. I suggest not waste money by purchasing this brand.

Beautiful luxury store with excellent customer service! Love the white and gold aesthetic of the store. A-lot of options for bags. The sales assistant was really kind and helped me with picking a gift. Very good experience!

Enjoyed coming to the Furla store in Emporium, overall was an amazing shopping experience. The assistant manager was kind and provided me with variety of options. The store had good energy, it was a lovely experience

Had a wonderful interaction with the salesperson, I haven't shopped at Furla before (got my sister a small gift for a very important milestone) but after the lovely experience I had I will definitely be purchasing from here again.

I bought a bag here at Furla Emporium that I am extremely happy about. I am unsure of what collection it belonged to, but it is simply beautiful. The staff that were taking care of me there were so lovely and kind, but also treated me with so much respect (even picking up on my New Zealand accent!) I honestly cannot get over how wonderful those girls were to me, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, comfortable and welcomed. They took the time out to talk to me, introduce themselves to me, and packaged it up so wonderfully. I will be back here again sometime in the future. Merry Christmas.

A good range of hand bags shapes and colours. A pleasant staff showed us a lot of appeasing choices. A 50% offer on our pick made the experience even more satisfying!

It is not a very pleasant experience at all, I bought a bag just about one year ago, limited edition with lots crystals on the bag cover, and I understand that your company only provides aftercare service within a year. But I should have been informed right then when I spent that $800 dollars, I was worried about the crystal falling out back then, and you guys said that it would be very unlikely, just to make me spend the money. And your staff is full of arrogance, clearly your management does not care.

Met two very nice staff who helped me pick two items on sale. I find the quality of product varies between styles, so best to ask for advice as they will be able give you useful information such as where a particular product was made, hols old the design was, material, etc.

Update, I came back on a different day seeking to return an item with inconsistent stitches and was served by different staff members. They were much less helpful and arrogant. I was told "you get what you paid for". Even though I got a discount it was still expensive for what it was. And I paid that because it was made in Italy. If the Italian craftsmanship was that bad I would happily pay less for better quality products made in China!

If refund was not an option, at least they should have tried to offer an exchange or store credit. They were so uncooperative I just left. Will advise my friends against buying from here considering the terrible post sales experience. Very disappointed for my first purchase with Furla.

P/S: Just checked the online photo of the product which showed perfect stitching so my item is indeed faulty!

I overheard the manager telling the staffs off for speaking in Chinese amongst each other infront of customers. Imagine what they would do in closed doors.

Really rude staff, the staff pushed me to buy things, but I didn’t, because there’s no product which I like. Then when I was going to leave, she spoke in Chinese that I have to leave from the side door, because the security of the front door is broken and every customer has to leave through the side door. However, when I walked back to others shops in Emporium, I saw the other customers just normally left through the front door. It is really uncomfortable shopping experience.

Poor customer service
I just entered to the store only few steps for quick look with my friends last year. When I wanted to exit, the staff asked me to exit another door. Because the sensor wasn’t working. Actually the entry door just behind my back.

However, today I went to the store again with my friends. The staff told us to exit another door again. My friend also said she went there yesterday and no one asked her to exit another door. How come only today the sensor is not working? Or you guys thought that we stole your bags?

So, you have never fixed the sensor? Or just anyone who doesn’t wear expensive clothes have to get out another door? !

I will never come back again

Have shopped here a few times and every staff member has been lovely and very helpful. I’m surprised at some of the previous reviews as I have had to have a bag repaired when the clasp broke (I was fully prepared to pay for the repairs) and it was done very quickly with no issues and it was within warranty so no charges. I often go shopping after work when I don’t look well dressed as I have a messy job and I am not of Chinese appearance with designer footwear but I am always offered help and always offered a new bag from the stockroom if I am purchasing. The products are decent quality for the price point and the shop is beautifully set out.

From my observations, absolutely no service whatsoever unless you walk in wearing Gucci shoes and have the latest fashion accessories. Staff only serve you if you look rich and only speak in Chinese. Not helpful when you approach in English and brush you off for "rich looking" customers. I would give a zero star if that was possible.

I really like their services, they really care and gently explain everything to us.they show ua a lot of choice and help us to decide which one is perfect for our style & needs. They also had almost complete collection of the bag even the newest one. It's really a good shop for shopping

I went to this Furla shop.
At the beginning I read the review from other people about this shop. I was quite worried about the rude staff. In the other hand, there was one Chinese girl her name is Celine. She is super professional. If anyone would love to visit this shop, I would love to recommend her as your service attendant.
