We had a 5th birthday party here today for my grandchild. Jasmine the party leader was amazing! She did a fantastic job all round

Wow, was I blown away!
We had a private function on Sunday lead by the wonderful Amiee and her team. Amiee what a pleasure to deal with you, you took all the stress away from me. I actually for once enjoyed the party, there was no need for me to worry about anything. Amiee took control and organised the party so well. Guests young and old enjoyed the venue, the food and even the music- No faults at all!

We had our Kid James’s 4th Birthday at the venue and everyone loved the idea of doing it there. A big thanks to the whole Funtopia carrum downs team for making this experience worthwhile. Special thanks to our host Sophie who was helpful and supportive in every way possible. Wish we could tip staffs but its not their policy. So wish you best for future. And also the team manager Scott and other manager (sorry forgot the name?) was very helpful and caring.
And to my surprise food was amazing as well. So definitely 5+ stars to the team.
Thanks for making James’s have a wonderful experience at Funtopia. He cannot wait to come and visit again.

Not nice people, had to walk out with our two year old before we even went in. Don’t recommend this place

Luke was a new employee who made my kids day extra fun. He was exited to help out in all areas. Funtopia has always been a great and safe environment for my kids. Thanks to the entire team.

Best place in the area for kids. So much there to keep kids busy for hours and the entrance fee was only $10 for our 2 year old on a weekday.

Children love it! There are many different types of activities for children to get engaged. Good place to have a kid's birthday party!

Fun place for kids lots of activities to keep them entertained, good food, friendly and helping staff.
Will definitely revisit with family and friends.

Was charged $16.00 for a 2 year old on a weekday (Monday) even their rates are $10.00 for 3 years and under. They trick you by not
Asking age they don’t ask age while buying ticket and straight away charge $16.00. It’s not about $6.00
But about being fair and honest.even my friend who has 2.5 year old paid the same amount, so it feels like general practice. Hence they loose 2 stars.
In terms of equipment for playground it great.

The most amazing place I've been so far (and I've been, i think, everywhere!)
Very clean, very well equipped and, amazing considered change room! Has wet tissues and disposable mats! I mean whaaat?
Huge fun for everyone, i truly enjoyed it among my 11 yo son (who's birthday it was on the day) and my 9 months old daughter who had the best first time ever climbing

Brought in a child I work for (he has autism) and the staff were so accommodating. Especially Alex, he made sure the child had everything he needed to feel comfortable. I have been working for kids with disabilities for a while and have taken the kids out to many play centres however I have never felt more welcomed than I have at funtopia. Alex was amazing and so kind! Will definitely be coming back here and recommending this play centre to all parents I know.

Absolutely amazing! Came here for my friends child’s party today! And just amazing! The venue was clean and tidy and just an amazing atmosphere! And thank you so much to Rachel our party host who was just amazing! Will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.

Disgusting play centre, my child’s hands were disgustingly black after being there for an hour.everytime we go to that play centre he gets sick.won’t be going back EVER

We had an end of year Prep party here last night. We booked out the whole place and it was amazing. Everyone commented about how organised I was but truth is - I didn't do anything! The staff just made everything really easy. The kids all had the best time running around, and the parents enjoyed chatting with a beer and wine.
We have already agreed this will be an annual event.

Very clean lots of amenities and fun for all ages. 5 year old and 2 year old had hours of fun. Cash not needed for the rides as you can exchange for tokens using card

Something for everyone.
Only complaint - need child sized toilets. Especially when you consider how many children attend this facility.

Jake was really helpful and accommodating to our birthday needs today, my daughter had a good time

It was pretty expensive I thought as it was 32 $$ for my 2 kids and on top I have to buy token for go kart and rock climbing for 20$$
Don't you think it's too pricey also food for 2 tenders and Chips 12$$
