We visited for an excursion with my school and all of the staff were amazing and so helpful! Best centre to bring your kids especially over the holidays:) thanks again team!

Had our 2 year old Grandson's party there this week. Riley and all the kids 'enjoyed themselves thoroughly, as did all the adults. Staff member Brodie helped make our day a special one. He interacted with all the kids showing them each of the activities and ensuring their day was a good one. He also worked to ensure all the adults were comfortable and assisted us when needed. Thanks Brodie, you helped make the day a great one.

We were guests of a birthday party just recently and were very happy with how the party was run. Our leading lady, I think her name was Elinor was super amazing. She helped me later on floor when my little girl got stuck on some equipment. Very kind and very patient. The other cafe staff were friendly and the food and coffee was great! Highly recommended

Incredible service at Funtopia. Especially Isaac, he went above and beyond to help create a wonderful birthday celebration for my son's 6th birthday. Would recommend planning your child's birthday at Funtopia Carrum Downs - ask for Isaac!

We love coming to Funtopia my kids never want to leave, the staff is very accommodating especially Connor everything is always easy and always happy to help, the food is fantastic hands down the pizza's are a hit!

Had my daughter’s birthday and all of us are amazed with the service Aimee and the staff did for us. They are organised and the event was well managed. The place is very spacious and clean. Food is great. But the staff is what made the them above from other play centres.

This is the second funtopia location I’ve tried and still really impressed. This one is bigger but still caters to all ages. For the older kids they have a climbing area which is super cool and definitely worth the extra price if you have an active kid. The only thing is it was extremely busy but it is school holidays so if you are here during a busy period you need to watch the smaller kids as the older ones can be a bit rough. Toilets were nice and clean and food good.

We were in the area and decided to go and I’m so glad we did. The kids loved the rock climbing and the toddler area was a treat for my 3 year old. We went on a quiet day so we were able to enjoy everything without having to wait for others to have their turn. Highly recommend for kids to vent some energy

Went for my neice’s party tonight and the group of staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Three that’s stood out were zannah nick, their customer service was on point. Their manager Gemma is running a great team. Well done

We absolutely love this place! So much to do. They accept so many age groups and have a great atmosphere.

A very big play centre with lots to do for kids. It does have areas where you require tokens which is a bit annoying but luckily they have the convenience of taking card to get tokens. But other than that there's heaps to do and the food isn't too bad. Actually better than other play centres that I've been to

By miles the best indoor playground I've ever been.
The facilities are amazing and well maintained.
The food is tastier and better priced than most cafes in Melbourne and the coffee is amazing.

Had a private function for my sons birthday. Lots of compliments on the venue, friendly staff, and food served was yum!

I thought it was a bit expensive but when we went it was definitely worth it!
Kids aged 12,7,4,2x 2 year olds and a 5mo.

I don't normally like indoor play centre's, but this one is pretty epic, it's huge and has enough to keep a whole family occupied, infant through to adult.

We had my daughter birthday party at funtopia at Carrum down on 26th January every was good like customer service, food, owner support, only face one issue party room was very hot and no air conditioning working.

The party host was fantastic and checking in was easy and quick. Very accommodating. Just a shame the party time is only an hour and 45 mins

Very nice place, lots of things to do for all ages at a very reasonable price. The climb groups starts every hour, kids must wear shoes. We didn't have a closed shoes but we bought at the best door a pair for 3 dollars:) food was great as well. There are some very quick and scary slides, one kid loved it but the other was very frightened after the 1st time he tried it. Great experience all and all.

Very good team who made our private event so much fun. A big thank you to Manager Jade and her wonderful team Brodie, Flynn, Luke and Kayla- absolute legends!
