I book tickets for my parents.friends travel agent give me good deal. Highly recommend to all.

Worst customer dealing ever seen from them specially Vijay. Booked the flights and didn’t issues confirmed ticket and when tried to contact the avoided for almost 3 hrs and after that excusing of price expiring and tried to charge much expensive price. Even didn’t let me talk to Manager.

I have such a bad experience with friends travel, we booked our tickets before covid and flight never departed have been waiting for refund ever since. Contacted agent multiple times only gets response back it’s approved by airlines but don’t know where the refund is. It has been 3 years since I have been waiting agent vijay from friends travel promised call back everytime i ring. Here i am sitting still waiting for call back. As mum of 3 kids i have been harassed like anything. Please don’t deal with them there is do many agencies out there do your homework. I am writing is review after i am sick and tired of asking them to solve the issue. Wish they had any customer service skills so I would have been heard.

Very bad experience from the staff, whatever the mistakes they did they never accept and blame the customers, their motive is to get incentives, worst decision in booking with them, never ever turn my head towards them.they never keep up their words.not even 1 star is worth, but the review page doesn't accept.

I booked my return ticket to India first time you. I Been looking to book for a long time but not getting any good deal. Friends travel helped me get good deals. And the whole staff is very polite.

Very bad experience with this travel agency. Never ever book ticket from them. They refund my money after two years.

Not recommend “Friend Travel” and am very disappointed with the service of the date change. I am the following for date chance for 4 weeks and still no confirmation or approval and meanwhile, price has increased. I have to follow up all the time and very very disappointed

Most worst experienced of my life to deal with them. Please don’t buy any ticket from them. Air India confirmed me they refunded full money back to agent but i got my half of the money after almost 4 months with so many hustles. Specially don’t deal with Vijay.

I recently tend to book a ticket on the same day for my friend due to a family emergency.
Out of panicking, I asked the guy over phone you have any idea about Covid testing?

That’s it! He went a rant on me and let me in surprise. He started asking me you know what is travel agent means? You think we do all the immigration and you want us to do visa also in a condescending tone.

Simply he would have said, sorry - we aren’t expertise in that area, don’t want to lead our customer in wrong direction.

Cooperative staff and better ticket prices. Whenever I plan my trip they are my go to travel agents.

Vijay from Friends travel is the best person who helped me with my parents flight tickets. He is very polite, helpful and quick responsive.

In 2015, I was paying my friend 300$ through commonwealth app, mistakenly I click on friend travel because theirs details was saved in my phone I paid to them.then I realized that I send to them instead of my friend. I called to them they refuse to pay me back I spoke to back they told me you need to talk to friends travel but somehow I not offered to return money.

Am I the only person who has noted that this company does not post a reply to the majority of the negative reviews, except to clarify that phone and email contact was down on one day. They even go so far as to claim that 3 negative reviews were positive. FYI Friends Travel, it's the negative reviews that require a more thorough response from you. Your lack of response indicates that you don't care that you have customers who are unhappy with your service. Any company that disregards customer complaints so blatantly, is one that, in my opinion, should be avoided at all cost! There are a multitude of travel agents around so do your homework or better still, book directly with the businesses and save a lot of time and angst.

One of the worst travel agency. I cancelled my booking on 22/11/2019 and was expected to get my money back within 12-16 weeks as per their terms and conditions but I got it back last week which is nearly about 7 months. I understand that there might be some delay due to COVID-19 but the main problem was that they proceeded with my cancellation form on 26/2/20 which is even after my return date. In the mean time they were non professionals during my calls. I had to call them every week and they would just ask me for 1 week more time. I called them at least 20 times during these 7 months. I even emailed my problem to their help website so that the senior persons can solve my issue but they didn't even replied to my email. Overall it was a poor experience.

I want to give a zero - so i spoke with an agent called "Zoya" she quoted me a price of $1040 and blocked it after taking all my details, sent me the itinerary with a condition that I pay by 6pm. So, i called her at 6 to get the bank details to make the payment and only to be told that the price has gone up by $420. This never happens that price goes up after blocking the ticket- so she said she will check and call back and never did- i called 3 times and every time she said she will call back. Today i requested a call with the supervisor and he said he can't get me any tickets for the dates i wanted. This lady clearly did not care about the customer's time and value and lied too. Ridiculously handled. Do not waste your time with them especially if its an urgent travel.

Zero stars for this agent. These are the worst travel agents ever. They always misquote you the price then change it along the way. They wont block the tickets, instead they will extort you for more money the next day. Booked through this Agent a long haul flight with a dubai stopover and the agent didnt even bother to confirm that i will not be getting complimentary dubai connect with emirates. Quoted baggage was 30kg but gave me only 25kg at the end. Ended up being stranded in the Dubai Airport for 13 hours. You are better off booking online than through this agent. Simply not worth the trouble calling these people.
