Worst travel agency!

I booked my return flight Mel-Del (return) through Friends travel for February this year. I went to India and the day I was coming back to Melbourne I was unable to check-in because Friends travel rescheduled my flight without even asking me to three weeks later than the original flight. I didn’t even received any notification or anything. I traveled 10 hours to get to Delhi airport to catch my flight back to Melbourne and got stuck as my original flight was canceled and there was no help from this agency as they were closed on Sunday.

I had to pay $600 on the spot at the airport to get on my original flight and onec I was back in Melbourne I contacted them to refund me, first they denied and said I called them to reschedule my flight but after fee days they realised that they changed someone else’s flight who has same name as me. I’ve been calling them for a month to get my refund and when they finally paid me back, they refused to pay me the full amount I spent because of their mistake rather then compensating me for what I’ve been through.

Worst service when I book ticket they told me it’s 2 stops from Delhi to melbourn but when my parents board the flight it’s 3 stops In between. Then I call them they said we will check and call u back but I haven’t got any call till yet.

Highly recommend to deal with Customer Service Agent Kritika. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in sorting out your bookings and issues if arise.

Called these guys as they keep sending you sms with there cheap deals, when i called that i got this sms last night need to book tickets he was like deal seats are finished, and then he gave me another flight prices I explained him that mann is offering exact same flight for cheap price than yours can you give me same as mann or a price match then he was like ok let me see what i can do put me on hold for 10mins and then hang up on me lol.
If you can compete prices atleast be honest dont make fool of others by hanging up on then.
And please stop sending your fake deal sms without customer consent if you cant give them that deal within few hours.
