FRATELLI Frankston

Pizza base is paper thin. Toppings are very scant, even with extras, & they simply slide off.
But I will say it was tasty.
But I don't think I'll be going back.

We are fortunate to have th) ttle gem so close to us. Very good location to start with and suitable car parking. The Restaurant has a cozy ambiance. Very spacious and clean. The staff is attentive and professional. The owner, Pasquale, is there as well. Nice Menu with many dishes also for Vegans. Reasonable prices. A family venue. Highly recommend for an enjoyable and easy meal.

Simply put, I don't like the food here. I ordered Salmone and iced tea. They charge you 4.5 dollars for 200ml iced tea, which is quite shocking. A can of coke has 375ml. The pasta is hard and smoked salmon is very salty. After I had the pasta, I had a hard time when I try to give my feedback to staff members because the food so salty that burnt my throat. If you want to eat Italian food in Frankston, go to Sofia.

Waited for over an hour for food and it was cold, owner/manager was extremely rude when this issue was raised. Would never eat here again, poor service.

Rude staff, poor service and cold food.
Would not recommend going to eat there.
McDonalds Frankston service is better.

This place is absolutely the best every single time we go. They always remember us, we are always greeted with a smile and the best service, from the people showing us to the table to the big boss. We have never had a bad meal at Fratelli Frankston. We recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good meal at a good price with good service.
We love the pizza, the pasta, a Parma and the dessert is amazing too. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Just to add….
I read the some other reviews and see that some are doing only one star and saying about the vaccination certificate, this isn’t controlled by Fratelli, this is the Government. Get a grip people. Get vaccinated and they will welcome you.
Other reviews have only ever done one review and it’s negative, how ridiculous just cos you couldn’t get a free meal or you wanted a discount…. We like to support local, Fratelli Frankston is absolutely amazing and will always support them.

So disappointing. Been here several times which were great but never again. Took an hour to get our food after asking several times regarding the progress. Only to be told they had lost our order and then rushed our meals out. My fettuccine with chicken and mushrooms was tasteless and the mushrooms thrown in as an afterthought. Not even cooked. Steak with frozen solid garlic butter. Steak not remotely warm enough to try to melt it. But we did get a $5 discount. Gee thanks! Won't be back.

Due to covid restrictions, reducing the amount of people allowed, in booking was made well ahead. Booking was confirmed later over phone. On arrival not only was there no record of reservation, every seat in the place was packed. Despite vovid restrictions. With a large queue waiting to get in.

Placed a large order tonight and the food was absolutely amazing. One item was missing, they couldn’t apologise enough and it was promptly delivered to our door. Thank you for making my birthday dinner a great night considering I’m celebrating in lockdown. The whole family is very impressed. Fratelli, you just became our new favourite!

Caught up with some friends for lunch, food looked great & mostly was.apart from the salad which was very crunchy! In a bad way.lettuce unwashed and full of sand/dirt (everyone's was the same) alerted staff & didn't seem to care & was still charged full price! Won't be back.edited to add after Fratelli replied - I had not eaten all my meal - infact the lettuce leaves were left on my plate. What I expected from my meal was food that was prepared cleanly! When staff came to clear the plates & mine still full of lettuce I explained the issue.then nothing further was offered. Thank you for your reply accusing me of being after a "freebie". My meal was not good enough to eat but yes I still paid. Thankyou for reinforcing to me that your restaurant is not the place to go.

Ohh absolutely Amazing.

We all went home with full bellies.

The food was fresh and cooked well.

Personally I like dining out and would recommend this place for sure.

The food was of high quality, taste and presentation.
I had the chicken breast main with potatoes and steamed greens. Wifey had the the chicken mushroom pasta.
Family friendly and good service.will come again

We went to fratelli’s tonight and had wonderful food and our waitress was excellent very efficient and so friendly will definitely be going back

Really good steak love the charring on it and the rare that I ordered was perfect. Gnochi was yummy also. Awesome service.

Waited over an hr in the restaurant for food on a non peak day and when it arrived, it was barely warm and tasteless. Take away seems to take priority here. I politely told the waitress this on the way out and wont be coming back. One staff member doing all the serving while 4 other members stand behind the bar. Feel sorry for her. KFC would be a better dinner option over the road. Insult to italian food honestly.

The best plant based pizzas I have had! Great selection and delicious food! Friendly staff and fast delivery too.

Food and staff were nice, though really slow service. Great gluten free pizza and pasta options.

Extremely disappointing. Was given a cold bruschetta. Steak was cooked well, but menu on website was inaccurate. I was charged extra for a BBQ sauce, they no longer do a pepper sauce and was given French fries with my steak.

Pizza was sitting for 15 minutes while they cooked the rest of my order, which they had forgotten.
