Frankston Waterfront Restaurant-Modern Australian Seafood and Steak Restaurant

Quality of food is consistent and staff are always friendly and prefer it over the nearby waves on the beach

I always enjoy getting the seafood linguini w a glass of white

Took my sceptical mum here and she also really enjoyed the linguini, we agree that it's balanced-unlike other places where its too oily or has poor seafood.
I don't eat red meat so I can't say much but my dad enjoyed the lamb shank

it's also a bit quieter too which as someone who struggles to focus in noisy restaurants/streets I like that.

A surprisingly good restaurant just tucked away by the river waterfront. Large meal sizes and large variety. The garlic bread was particularly good

The place wasn't busy when we went and weren't sure was good choice but the food was amazing everything cooked lovely and well priced. Location isn't great but worth it for the food.

Found this place tonight.

Although service was a little slow they were very busy and I honestly think serving staff were quite inexperienced

That said, food was clearly freshly cooked, was at a good temperature and great taste

Smart but friendly atmosphere for cafe style during the day and as a restaurant at night. An interesting variety of dishes at reasonable prices and presented well. Just a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Frankston beach vibe.

The food was very tasty.
Service was friendly.
Drinks and entre and mains were served promptly.
Book for 5: 30PM guys before the rush!

My favourite Frankston restaurant. They make great service seem so simple. Don't know why other restaurants can't seem to get it right. Very good variety on the menu and always quality meals. Love their comfy booths.

Beware if you like seafood…. You’re likely to end up hunched over a toilet!
Service was literally non existent. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I was told our meals would be ready in a ‘few’ minutes. About 10-15 minutes later it arrived, I wish I’d walked out before it came. The food and service makes McDonald’s look like fine dining.

If I could give it no stars I would. Waited 20 minutes for a drink the kids meals came out then 40 minutes later the adult meals came out by that time the kids were bored and getting grumpy waiting. Then we got the seafood platter the prawns were rubbery and the calamari you couldn't even bite through it the scallops were half cooked they didn't have oysters or Morten bay bug so they were substituted for scallops and another piece of crab which got halfway through the meal and my partner went to the toilet and threw up then when we told the restaurant we were offered a 30% of discount what my partner ate he threw up and then felt sick and couldn't eat the other half so had to pay for a meal that wasn't eaten. Will NEVER be coming here again or recommending it to anybody. STAY AWAY!

The food tasted great, but the wait times were so long even though the place was nearly empty. Was just confusing to us. Also why were they playing so much Justin Bieber we heard like 4 songs that night. It was just weird to us.

A hidden gem. Great food, great selection. Couldn't have been better. Awesome staff. Would recommend highly

Booked for dinner a month ago arrived tonight after travelling for an hour and closed, at least have the decency to call me about being closed
Bad business to take a booking and not being open

Food was ok but shocking customer service. We had a booking but had to wait 25 min to get a table cleaned for us and they werent even busy. The 2 Indian waitresses slowly walking. Had to ask for selviettes with our meals and the waitress just threw them in a pile on our table.
I could make this place very successful by getting rid of the staff and run it properly.

I shared a lovely lunch with family. The seafood is delicious and was enjoyed by all. Great coffee and attentive staff. Thank you for a cosy afternoon by the water.

Delicious food, nice environment and very relaxing. Was my first time dining here.

The only feedback I'd give is service would be exceptional if the waitress provided advice that the waterfront seafood delight had the same calamari as the calamari entree and instead gave another suggestion.

Thanks for a wonderful evening. The prawn fettuccine and beef brisket burger were amazing and your service was 2nd to none. It was extremely busy and you guys did such a good job. Thanks, we’ll be back!
