Been going here for many many years. Dr Wiess is the most fantastic understanding, kind, helpful GP I've ever come across & without him my life wouldn't be the same. The girls get busy but will always help. It can be a wait but for the care I get here I will always keep coming back.

Emad (Dr. Tadros) & Shakeel (Dr. Kacmarsky), are not good doctors. They are genuine, caring, understanding blokes that have, -for me, - gone the extra mile to ensure that I was given what I needed, even though the other two doctors, Weiss & Taylor, disagreed & would not give me the meds I needed, at the time.so in my book they are fn fantastic doctors & top blokes to. I dislike Rob Weiss's approach, I don't always agree with Andrew Taylor, but credit were it's due, they. & all the dr's there are A1, top-shelf, the beez-neez, dux-nuts, best in the biz. & The Lovely ladies that work reception are just that. I have been seeing Dr Tadros for nearly 12 mths and have also had the pleasure of an appt with Dr Weiss, they are both excellent doctors, very caring helpful, quiet and efficient. They are both worth seeing and l wish there were more docs like them

I have been attending this clinic since I was 20! Dr Taylor is fantastic, he is kind and caring, honest and just an all round beautiful human being! And a fantastic doctor, who seems like a knowledgeable friend, you feel so comfortable with him.

Dr Tadross, is a great doctor, he has a completely different approach to Dr Taylor, but is sweet, caring and really good when you are having mental health issues, as he has such a calm demeanor.

Dr Weiss, who I have also seen since my 20's, is also a fantastic doctor, and really digs deep into the issue at hand.


My health is majorly complicated and they have all been, wonderful, understanding easy to chat with, really open up too, and really feel they care!

Yes, it is busy as, yes there are a lot of addicts getting help and some are just disrespectful to everyone, but most are trying to put their lives back together. I don't feel "unsafe", sometimes you over hear things you would rather not in the long wait, but the receptionist Kim and Elizabeth are amazing, as are the others but they are stars! I feel like I grew up with these people and during my rare illness, they were outstanding!

I am so thankful for this team!

Best doctors I've ever been to. They actually help people with real medicine.not take a panadol and lay down.you'll be fine.none of that, your treated as an individual with respect

Dr rob weiss is absolutely amazing, I’ve been seeing him since I was a child, he is one of the most understanding doctors I have ever dealt with, I suffer with mental health issues and other things, he has helped me more then any other doctor has, he was my mothers doctor also, to this day I’ve not met a doctor who is as understanding and compassionate as him.

Yes the waiting times are sometimes long but they are worth it, the receptionist are absolutely LOVELY! They deal with soo much I can’t even imagine how they cope! Don’t give them a hard time, they can’t control how long the doctor takes or anything. I’ve seen some nasty reviews about disgusting service? That is absolute rubbish, they are very respectful and understanding.

I have been using this clinic now for over 28yrs & I find the staff receptionists exceptionally helpful friendly and approachable!
The Drs here are also extremely friendly, helpful and approachable with the EXCEPTION of Dr Andrew Taylor (He is extremely rude & judgemental of patients and very often underminess other Drs/specialists opinions and diagnosis and makes patients feel very uncomfortable, uneasy, unwelcome & very often like your are just wasting his time!)
Besides this únfortunate Dr working at this clinic it is actually a very highly known & respected practice!
I greatly recommend using this clinic as I wouldn't & don't use any other!

Waited over 2 hours to see a doctor. Originally they told me to come back in 40 minutes so i did.people came in to see the same doctor after me and seen him before me. Reception kept "forgetting" me. It was unacceptable.

I have been seeing Dr Taylor for some time now, he is the most amazing, honest and helpful dr I have ever seen, he has been nothing’s but helpful and nene understandings In terms of helping me be drug free I would be buggered without Dr Taylor, by far definitely the best ans won’t be going to another doctor so long as his around his fantastic and I honesty highly recommend him especially to people struggling with mental health and addiction thankyou dr Taylor for being so magnificent:) xxx

Hi I've been seeing Dr Tadros for six years or more. He has been of great help to me and very compassionate and helpful when my Mother passed. He has been great with me while I'm going thru emphysema.has helped with many issues that have arisen. I would recommend him to anyone.

Have been going there for must be 20 years now, Dr Taylor I would call a friend.all staff have been tremendous to me before and after transplant.only complaint would be the junkie element, their lack of respect 4 everything even themselves.r moffatt

I hate this medical centre have been waiting for ever the receptionist she didn't even put our paperwork out when we got there they waited half an hour before putting it out.so we didn't even get to see our doctor. Disgusting service.

In Frankston Hospital's emergency department yesterday an X-ray showed my lungs as clear. Twelve months ago an X-ray showed emphysema. But emphysema does not cure itself. Or does it?

How can a GP interpret such conflicting data? They can't. No-one can. So I've decided that I don't have emphysema, that both X-rays were accurate, and that human bodies do self cure themselves.

Look, if ur after 5 star service don't come here. Overbooked.you'll wait an hr whether u hav an appt or not. Doctors and staff are good and do the best they can. No website to check opening hours or sms appt reminders.

Terrible experience at this Doctor’s. The street this centre is situated on is opposite the train station and feels very unsafe. The reception team were very unhelpful and hung up the telephone whilst I was mid conversation. I will not be attending again.

Dr weisse is the best dr around
Racheal is great with immunisations for kids / babies, extreamly gentle i wouldnt take my little ones elsewere.
The girls at the desk are all so lovley expecially given how they are treated at times. They get to know the patients well and do an exeptional job.
This drs does get busy, and your more then likley going to have a bit of a wait
Always best to make an appointment and allow yourself plenty of time (even with an appointment theres a wait)
But there busy for a reason
They are good at what they do:) i havnt come across another dr clinic that as a whole care about there patients the way they do

My family doctor is Dr Tadros and I'm so impressed with how he handles any issues that myself or my children have, he is the best, most caring Dr that I have seen, and myself and my children have been seeing him for years and I can safely say that we're not going anywhere definitely staying at this clinic and behind every great Dr is his wonderful Staff of beautiful, compassionate women who go above and beyond for myself and my children, Keep Up The Great Work and Please Stay Safe.

A really great group of doctors and the staff are just lovely. I've been with them for years as I find them thorough, non judgemental and i always feel comfortable when speaking with my doctor, I couldn't fault them xx

Extremely polite and efficient medical admins, they are all incredibly helpful and always up for a quick chat. I see Dr Andrew Taylor who is by far my GP of choice. The nurse is so helpful and caring also. Chemist linked next door and pathology available monday to friday. Love this clinic.
