The best Dr I’ve ever had Dr Taylor. For over 15 years he’s supported me through thick and thin.

Iv known Dr Taylor for over 10 years now and iv got to say that he is genuine and has alot of empathy I believe that he really does care about his patients because he takes the time to listen and explain what steps to take to treat me correctly. I trust him with my life and saying that I just recently changed medication about a year ago and my health and mental well-being has never been better. I always say too myself every day gees I'm lucky to have such a great doctor because I never felt better

I have been a patient for well over 25 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are just lovely and Dr Taylor. I cannot speak highly enough of. He really cares about the physical and mental well-being of his patients. We are very lucky to have this doctors surgery in Frankston

Look, if ur after 5 star service don't come here. Overbooked.you'll wait an hr whether u hav an appt or not. Doctors and staff are good and do the best they can. No website to check opening hours or sms appt reminders.

They have shut down the one place that can help people turn their lives around.
The staff and doctors are amazing people it’s a travesty and a tragedy that it’s come to this.

I have been a patient or Dr Robert Weiss since he worked at Jeff Edelstins clinic on Wells St to Frankston health cares current address. I have received nothing but top quality service from all Drs and fantastic kind honest service from all receptionist at this clinic, and without their professionalism, I would not be alive today.

With Special mention to the pharmacy adjoining. They are a testerment to what a fabulous quality community minded chemist should be.

Dr Taylor, needs no tesmonials, he's run off his feet, but fantastic caring, engaged Gp. Amazing.

Absolutely lovely receptionists at this clinic, they will go the extra mile to help u out. Absolutely lovely people to deal with on the phone and in person. The DRs are just obliging, nice and will work with u to get u your scripts. Very happy indeed. Used to see the many years ago and have been there for a few yrs now.
I Recommend this clinic and say they are an excellent bulk billing clinic.

Horrible place bad communication long wait times even with an appointment.

Found out today Dr weiss quit without word also did not organise a replacement doctor to take over my patientfile or mental health plan.

Now I have no doctor can't get my needed referrals and I can't get an appointment for over 10 days.

Eveything has fallen appart and The clinic can only give the not good enough excuse, it's not their fault they dont have the capacity to inform patients of their doctor leaving. Terrible service. Pathetic excuses. Zero duty of care.

I have been going to see dr weiss for over 20 years. Fantastic doctor but im so sad that he has gone I wish him all the best

Been calling since 11am they just don't answer, don't think they are allowed to do this, reception is horrible, rude, get told different things from who ever answers the phone, should be reported, tadros is absolutely fantastic though, has helped me so so much, best dr I've ever had, doesn't put up with silliness is and is the best would recommend him to anyone. Best dr ever.
Update. Just had 2 phones calling since 11am for nearly 40min with no answer, then just hangs up. What a joke

Left everyone with no explanation I was told to come in a 8-9 cant get meds that I need or my health is put on n serious jeopardy very disappointed and when I went to another doctor they told me what they did was illegal that they're not meant to catch you off your medication with no excuse and no for morning

Visited Dr Taylor who ran blood tests as I was losing weight. Great follow up when it was discovered I had pre diabetes. Sees you in the shopping centre - and surprisingly remembers me and asks how I’m coping. “I’m only down the road if you need me”

The ladies at reception are fantastic. Truly amazing place!

After years of knowing Andrew Taylor and beautiful ALWAYS accommodating friendly staff* (under pressing conditions as we know were all there for extra special help! Not JUST drugs! That's never solved anything but HAD to b
made life tolerable until he changed his attitude towards me and really mean to me no matter how friendly I am to him. Gonna miss Dr Weiss as he's not there anymore. Those girls behind the desk deal with everything and SO flat out trying their absolute best! Those Drs would be stuffed without them

This is a crazy busy clinic but the staff at the front are amazing, welcoming and understanding.
Dr Taylor has an excellent understanding of chronic pain management and has made me feel like it’s not a business transaction.
He listens to what’s happened he makes excellent suggestions and gives you the correct pain management for you.
Brilliant team down there doing their best.
Chronic pain is insane to deal with and he makes me feel heard and understood.

Great team of people hats off to all of those who have survived and been there for so very long. We are not meant to have favourites but, I do have a soft spot for Lizbeth she is just lovely
And Dr Tay, you're Kuta. Though location gives me anxiety

Dr Taylor has been my GP for 4 years now, with complex medical conditions he goes above and beyond to help.
I cannot thank him enough for all the guidance he has given me, he genuinely cares for his patients and that is so hard to find.
The receptionist treat people with compassion & understanding in any situation, taking into consideration the work load they are always there with a smile.
Special thanks to, Elisabeth, Trish and Jo (past employee) you ladies are wonderful humans.

Was originally with Dr Korman when they were down the road and he returned to Israel and then I went to Rob Weiss and been with him ever since I live out in Rosebud now but nothing would make me change doctors Rob is a true professional and understanding doctor whom is widely known and respected throughout the medical fraternity I've never heard a bad word spoke of him others in the profession always commentsyeah I know Rob he is a excellent man, only doc I need until I croak cheers ex

Great Dr's who are flat out permanently because government won't open another pain clinic on the Peninsula. They cop abuse from addicts on multiple times per day but still do their best. I applaud them.
