FOXEYE VISION

After work: ceiling with dirty fingerprint, uncleaned floor, exposed wire, wire insulated by masking tape, 9 cameras 4 not working. Paid 3000 and haven't received a legal invoice, after a year. Not mentioned damaged roller door and high lift (he sent someone to repair). All truth showed.

Fox eye security systems are very professional, provides best customer service and support, using the best equipment like Night vision Full HD cameras, high quality wiring and DVR.
I had a problem with my system which was installed by Atal and his team 4yrs ago and they fixed fixed it even the warranty was expired without any charges. I highly recommend Fox eye security systems who really wants quality and servic for CCTV security.

Cord to the DVR needed replacing, called to organise a time they were out within 2 days and replaced it at no charge, friendly and prompt service

This is the second time I have used Fox Eye Security Systems and couldn't recommend Atal high enough. Atal provides great customer service and support. CCTV system works great and can easily be monitored from my mobile. Will definitely be using him again in the future. Keep up the good work.

I got my security system installed from Foxeyevision around 3 years back. Atal is a thorough gentleman. He was excellent in assessing the requirement, shared all options and selected camera locations wisely while consulting at every step. The price was very competitive, in fact almost half to quotes I had taken from other installers. Last but not the least, after installation service is awesome and unparalleled. We have been using Foxeye camera systems at all Our stores since last 3 yrs. I don’t think anyone can beat their prices as I have tried many different places Atal is amazing to deal with and is very professional. I had been shopping around for a CCTV system, for a long time, then I came across FOXEYE. The gentleman was so helpful, & transparent, with costs ect. I placed a order, they came out and installed it, and was explaining everything as they were doing it. His quote came in around $450 CHEAPER then the rest I got. If you're looking for CCTV, I highly recommend foxeye security. Oh also the after sales service. I did something wrong while i was playing around with the unit, I called the man, and he stopped what he was doing and talked me through setting it up again, now the system working fine again. I think it's best I don't push buttons and play with things I don't know about. But he was so clam and easy to speak with, Thank you. That's what you call, professional after sales service.

Excellent Service. Was a smooth and clear process from quoting to supply and install. Job done with no fuss and even managed to successfully install 2 cameras downstairs and run the cables through the ceiling and walls to upstairs with ease. It was pleasure dealing with Atal.
He saved me over a $1000 from the quote I originally got.
At first I thought it was a bit cheap to be true, however after Atal’s consultations, I realised I was quoted way to high.
The cameras were better, he did the job within 24hrs of contacting me and was nothing but honest and friendly.

Second time I have used Atal, first in a commercial setting and yesterday at home. Very thorough and experienced. Systems work great, communication has been excellent and follow up of sale even better. Will definitely be using in the future and couldn’t recommend any higher.

I had a system installed 3 years ago installation was great even after my warranty ran out he was more than happy to help me with the technical side after moving house and reinstalling the system at my new home. I cannot regard Foxeye any higher than I do. He was fabulous with the installation and still helps me 3 years on. Thanks again!

Atal did best professional camera installation for me last year, we had problem with one camera recently he came right away and fixed the problem, his after sale service is perfect and excellent, i highly recommend fox eye security systems if you need good quality cameras.

The cameras start off working good
but as time goes by they stop completely.the box Foxeye vision gives you it stops working.scam, they market as good quality 4k cameras but there actually a scam because when they are installed they are not 4k.but the guy made the excuse that it was the wirers that were doing it. They also amrket great night vision but its terrible.if its extremely dark all the carmera sees is black.do not get scamed! 1 do not buy

Required after sales assistance due to an issue with a connection, called Fox Eye and I was stepped through the fix after hours, all with a good result.
