Mr Atal installed all Cctv cameras in our premises. Then we needed technical support because we forgot our password and he totally disappeared and ignored my messages and calls for many moths so finally we had to call another CCTV company and do everything again we ended paying double price for a new unit. Atal installed 4 video security cameras and relevant wiring, hardware and screen at our house 4 years ago. During the last 4 years we had good security and prompt help if I had any query, mostly my ineptness in my lack of computer skills.
After 4 years, the extended warrantee I arranged had expired and, talking to Atal, I decided to upgrade all the cameras, hardware and screen. The wiring was all installed previously, so I only paid for the new cameras, hardware and screen (and Atal's time). Atal came and installed the new equipment, showed me how it worked and how to retrieve content, both on the monitor and my iPhone or iPad. I also have alert alarm on the phone so I can tell if there is a contact on the cameras when I am not at home. The picture quality is excellent.
I am VERY pleased with the new cameras, their clarity and the LED lights, that light up at night, on detecting movement. Atal is a very competent installer of this equipment. Explained all and cleaned up any mess and any was polite and friendly while here.
I have no hesitation in recommending Atal and his security systems.

Fox Vision Just upgraded our old cctv system to new Smart IP CCTV System after 5 years in our Choices flooring shop in dandenong, in 5 years we never had no trouble with old system installed by Fox Vision, the new system is the latest technology with built in LED spot lights in each camera, face detection, sound, and high quality picture, Atal is very professional and from day one he has given us best customer service and always prompt, the prices are very competitive, Highly recommended.
