Fantastic service. Ordered a carpet from Fowles. The flooring consultant listened carefully to what I was looking for, put together a sample bag for me to look at which I saw during the measuring stage and my perfect carpet was selected from there.

The team who did the laying did an absolutely superb job. It's hard physical work but they made it appear effortless and did a proper, proper job - no cutting corners (metaphorically speaking, of course).

The team was very friendly, good to talk to and took pride in their work.

Highly recommended - honestly, I wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere.

James provided fabulous service for me when getting getting last minute details ready for installation the next day for my carpet. I think messaging a customer after business hours to get things organised was certainly going above my expectations. Installer can and did a great job, carpet quality is great - very happy!

Recently got new carpet throughout our house and are over the moon with it! Travis and the team did an amazing job from the moment we walked in till the moment the job was finished, the price was too good aswell.

The whole process was very easy from selection to installation. Ally was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions and offering guidance when asked. The installation guys were also terrific and very professional.

He listened to our circumstances and needs, then advised the best hard wearing carpet for our house with young children. A big thanks to Fowles carpets. Friends had a good experience with Fowles, so thought we would talk to them when we needed to re-carpet our home. We visited the showroom in Clayton and was amazed at the huge range of carpets they have on show. We needed help in deciding exactly what type of carpet we needed. Our base requirements were that the carpet needed to be of high quality and easy to clean as we have 2 dogs. James one of the carpet consultants listened to our needs and discussed the pro's and con's of different carpet types. We settled on choosing from a couple of local carpet manufacturers.getting the right colour was a bit of a challenge but James provided good size colour samples direct from the carpet rolls so we could see which best matched our house. James was great to work with, he listened to our needs and feedback about different carpet, did not try and push us in one direction or the other, didn't play the opposition bashing game and gave precise costing of carpet - no haggling required or expected. We placed our order and James organised for installation on our preferred date. Come install day and Landen and his co-worker arrived with the carpet, underlay and trims for the install. These 2 guys are brilliant, they worked their buts of all day (didn't even see them stop for a coffee or lunch) and did a great job of the laying. All the seams are near to invisible, all cuts ins precise with the tricky bits and stairs all done professionally. Thanks again to Fowles for providing us with carpet we are truly happy with and a pleasant purchase and install process. Highly recommended.
