I replaced my carpet through Fowles Auctions in Clayton very professional from James in the sales office to the A Team of installers Ryan & Mattie. The carpet looks great & installed more professionally then my previous carpet.

Already on our third project with Fowles, we have found them to be competitively priced with excellent after sales service. A few weeks after the carpet was installed we noticed a very small section in the carpet where underlay was missed resulting in a small dip - they came out same week to fix it. Great prices, great selection and no-headaches with installation or after sales - really happy with Fowles!

From the beginning Fowles' service was excellent. Jai tried to help with all professional advice. Wooden floor and carpet was supplied on time, carpet was installed perfectly, very quick and very professionally done. Fowles was 30% chipper for the same carpet in Choice Floor. This is second time I using Fowles for my home. I did and I definitely would always recommended Fowles to anybody.

Would highly recommend Fowles if you are wanting carpet installed! John F.made the whole process super easy and answered all my questions. Covid made it difficult to view carpet in person but John was lovely enough to send me out a hand full of sample colours to choose from! A gentlemen dan installed our carpet and because we only just settled our house we had no electricity. Fowles went out of their way to deliver a generator to make sure we were still able to get the carpet installed on the day.talk about great service! Not to mention the quality and overall look of our carpet is beautiful. Our whole experience was nothing but positive and we will definitely be back again not just for carpet but for all our renovating needs in the future!
