Four Seasons BBQ House reviews
62Very over priced for what we got. Honey chicken was nice but when asked to swap capsicum for broccoli in the mongolian beef we got zucchini.
Fairly average Cantonese roast duck and BBQ pork (refer to photo 1 of 2). The portion was tiny in comparison to other similar restaurants.
Roast duck: 7/10. Not too bad.
Bbq pork: 3/10. Texture and taste lacking.
Photo 2 of 2 is a dish known as salted egg yolk chicken which is fried. Taste is lacking - definitely behind similar restaurants.
Pay $35/head to attend a group organised Christmas lobsters dinner in this large restaurant.
The lobsters noodles are quite nice in quantity.
Very generous servings friendly owner and staff. Bbq meats are great can't fault anything.
Extensive menu from rice dishes to lobster ginger, shallots with egg noodles
Family favourite of mine for the past two years. I’ve been here with my family on many occasions! Great for larger groups. Lots of delicious authentic Cantonese dishes at good price points, it’s in a really busy area with more mainland cuisine so it’s good to check out if you’re not too much of a fan of spicy food!
I love this place, not just the food but the customer service. I may not go that often but enough time for the servers to recognize me.
But their signature dish for me? Has to be their crispy roast pork and roast duck on rice. Unbelievable!
Very, very tasty and so fresh. You get a cheaper price during lunchtime but sometimes I can't help myself and eat there for dinner too.
Considering there is no other restaurant in the area that offers these same dishes, their closest rivals are on Stud rd, Wantirna sth (wont mention them) but Four seasons leaves them for dead
One of the best " Beef Hor fun " around and yes I have tried many many around Chinatown, Box Hill, City, Glen, Springvale. "BEEF HOR FUN" is as famous as going to a pub and order "Chicken Parma! " Yes baby!
Staff are friendly and the premises are clean. The food was reasonably priced and good value for money. We didn't have long to wait for our meals. I had the the sweet and sour pork and fried rice which I enjoyed, would definitely go back
The set menus are probably worth the money. U get a soup, veggie, meats, noodles.all of a balance diet at a time. Over time we have tried a number of their dishes and have found that their seafood claypot to be our favourite must have dish Every time we are here. The salted egg york coated on the deep fried egg plant is also very good! The fried salt and pepper chicken/pork were just okay for it. Didn't really stand out. They do bbq meat so like roast duck, steamed chicken, roast pork.reasonably good!
Good was amazing and quick, every dish was bought out just as the last one finished. Friendly staff. Decently money for value
This place is know for good roast duck and pork. Not much for embience but they serve good authentic Chinese cuisine. Would recommend to try their roast duck noodle if going there for the first time. The dishes are also pretty good.
Excellent restaurant, Have been there five times now and have never been disappointed. The duck is amazing. Soups are very good also. Service has been very good every time.
These guys haven't failed to impress with affordable, delicious food, good service, and a spacious restaurant to hang out in. I highly recommend the crispy pork, which is nice and tender with satisfyingly crispy skin, as well as their Cantonese duck. Both come at good value when ordered in the combo. With BYO and large servings, it's a great place for a group of friends to catch up on a week night for casual dining.
Been here a few times and the food has always been great. Love the salty egg chicken and the noodle and calamari / squid dishes are quite nice. Very good pricing. Inside is not too lavish but you go there for the food, not the interior!
Excellent food. Asian that want proper Asian BBQ and food. Come check this out. You won't be disappointed.
Free flowing tea. Spacious place. Good for groups. But, I had a supposedly crispy vermicelli with beef and bitter gourd. The noodles were way too oily and not crispy. A disappointing dish. Others in my party who had the dried noodles and roast pork or roast duck gave 3 to 4 stars for their dishes. Licensed with a selection of beers. Clean restaurant and clean amenities.
Decent place. We had 5 dishes and only one was OK which was sweet and sour pork dish. Everything else was good.
3.4 out of 5. Authentic Chinese dishes and reasonable prices. Their barbecue pork (char siu) is tender and juicy. Happy to go again.
Pretty good, not really my type of food. However my wife does love the food here, so don't be discouraged by the 3 star rating.
Food was fresh and very tasty. My step mother typically dislikes Asian meals, however as a testament to how good the food is this restaurant has now become a family favorite. I highly recommend the cucumber in Chinese aged vinegar, its bloody fantastic.
