I initially purchased the premium 3 person sauna in November ready for my delivery for January. It was delayed and great communication with this, however the delays were extended a few weeks longer than initially thought due to freight and availability for installers. It took a few tried for light globes as they were damaged in transit and a few modifications needed due to the installers not being familiar with the install. I love the product, however the customer service side was a little lacklustre for delivery and communication regarding this due t Found Space not having serviced the region i live in before.i do love my sauna and regularly use it for its many benefits and recommend this product as long as you arent on a tight timeframe for delivery/installation.
Purchased a 2 person infrared sauna and the process from order to delivery was seamless. The person who came and installed did so with no fuss and explained everything in detail. So happy with the whole process and not forgetting the sauna itself - absolutely love it and would recommend to anyone!
