From the first contact with found space to them installing our sauna was unbelievable first class service. The best shopping experience we have ever had. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend them any higher. Congrats on a great company you are all involved in.

We have had our Outdoor barrel sauna for a few weeks now & are extremely happy with it. It was the only sauna we found that was truely outdoor that also met our criteria for full spectrum heaters, low EMF and that it looks great. Also, Found Space’s Sauna guide “Health Supercharged” has been a great reference to help us along the journey to meeting our health goals.

We bought the Outdoor Barrel sauna. Great product, advise, service and communication. Everything was smooth and professional. The sauna comes as a kitset that is assembled on site (included in price). Full spectrum IR sauna, fully weather proof, great design, cozy, cute (we call it our hobbit house), a relaxation refuge, and with bluetooth player. The Sound_Space team in Auckland was wonderful explaining the sauna features during a visit to their showroom at short notice, and the HQ in Australia kept us updated all the time about the installation date and procedure. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. THANK YOU. Highly recommended.

My Sauna purchase experience was easy with clear communication - and I got the sauna delivered weeks earlier than first expected which never happens these days! There was also great commitment from the delivery team to come back when I called them not long after they left my house because I found something of concern I wanted them to check.

Recently purchased a Full spectrum Two person sauna. So far so good. Works well and great service and installation. We were very happy that the unit came with a lifetime warranty.

The sauna works really well, I'm a bit new to infrared saunas, but once you get the sweat on its pretty consistent.
