Pretty good place honestly, lots of cool variety of watches and bags, also got adkit the have managed the space very effeciently the staff are pretty playful and straight to the point and the sales are crazy awesome here. What a shop!

Absolutely phenomenal service at fossil today. The team (especially Swarnim) were incredibly helpful with helping us choose the right bag and highlighting what sets fossil products apart. Highly recommend the team and store!

Not a good selection of goods. Only items on sale were horrible or badly marked/stained. Overbearing sales person and the rest ignored the customers so walked out.

Jennifer, Swarnim and Nick make a great time. I went twice in the store (as there was so much to choose from) but Jennifer specially was most patient, literally modelled when I had difficulty choosing and made sure she understood the requirements and suggested items accordingly.

I was looking to buy 4+ watches and Chandana has helped me to pick the right ones and also helped me to get the best deals. I end up buying 8 watches altogether. This store has variety of models and majority of them are on offer.

We pulled up and the watches are mental and Juan x 3 helped us and they were really good and I love the watch crazyyyyy

5 staff, 4 registers, 20 customers but they chose to open one register and dismissed us when we asked them to use any of the other available.

I'm very sure about it. I have bought three watches so I didn't check the bill that time.but when billing they billed as 50 percentage. I have Lost 50$ on one of the watch
when I went back after a month the response is poor and they making it up and even noticed one more customer arguing about wrong discount applied. I will never suggest this place to anyone.

Went for shopping at Fossil outlet during Queen's Birthday. The customer service was top notch. The entire team of staff namely Asif, Saumil, Aleisha, Oliver and Jennifer were warm and welcoming. They helped us with our selection of watches. Though the store was busy they spent a great deal of time and effort to ensure we were satisfied with our selection. They gave us space and time to make our selections and did not rush us in spite of the store being busy. Will visit the store again.

Went to the store to purchase a new fossil for a mate. There were many options available to choose from and I needed some expert advice. Jemima & Aimee were amazing to deal with. They made sure I felt comfortable with the choice and features. I would def be coming back to buy again. Suggesting people to come and chat with Aimee and Jemima to choose their next watch.
