The staff are really friendly but there is a women who’s wearing eyeglasses was really weird as she was telling the other stuff how she is trying her best to pretend that she is smiling! And after we walk out the fitting room she started to comment! It seems like school days. This is the first time in forever new in Melbourne central that I saw this situation
They have good petite collection. I found exactly what I was looking for though the try room employee was bit rude.
This is the ONLY store who doesn't answer their telephone. If you don't intend to pick up the phone then do not publish any contact numbers for your store!
It has nice collection of clothes but you need to see properly if u are looking for good deal items. Some are not cheap even in sale
Saw a black hand bag hanging on one of the shelve the day before and walk in the next day (not during busy hour). I went straight to one of the girl and kindly asked if there's more stock available while pointing at the shelve because the bag was gone, before I can describe what the hand bag look like the girl quickly told me if it's not there then it's probably all gone, but I decide to look for it myself and found the exact same hand bag in 5 second just hanging around the corner with 4 to 5 still available. Met the same girl again a the counter when paying for the bag and she was like "oh you found it:) ". Very helpful.

Would love to spend some money here - the clothing looks gorgeous, albeit pricey - but the lines for the change rooms were so long that I gave up. The number of changing rooms ought to be proportionate to the size of the store but it looks like Forever New didn't get that memo.
Partner Spends a lot of time here, Very stylish affordable clothes that look great on her! Staff are very friendly and she can get a lot of value here without blowing the budget.
