Great service and very patient, the stock was fantastic and shopping made easy but staff although in saying that if an effort had been made to check the fitting of my disabled friend then there would be no reason to return to exchange the purchasw for a bigger size which is extremely inconvenient. People have disabilities just treat them like everyone else they don't bite and are entitled to the same service I suspect.

Awesome customer sevice from Samira! She stayed with my daughter and I for the duration of our time in the store. As well as also enlightening me that I can fit into kids shoes as well, which is great since no other shoe store has ever notified me of that.
She was beautifully mannered and got along with my daughter and newborn so well like she was a mother herself, I saw a great side to her.

What's the point of having a phone if it isn't answered, people that don't live close but want to query product range before having to make a long trip are getting shafted. Unprofessional and will cost business.

Terrible customer service. Went there to buy shoes for two kids. Good help with the first kid. Suddenly the guy disappears with no word leaving us in limbo. Only excuses no apology received.

Went to buy a pair of Nikes today $180. It took some time for someone to come to me, know one else in store. Didn't have my size and didn't even bother to ask if I would like them to check other stores. The store may have been updated but the service hasn't.
