Foot Locker Doncaster

Rubbish store that doesn't accept e-gift cards issued by their own stores through their online orders. Only redeemable in-store. Also prices online on their own website aren't matched in store.

They have no way of checking stock online either and impossible to get through on the phone. They sell 80s style shoes on 80s style web experience.

Poor customer service. My exchange got cancelled online. Footlocker kept my money. And now I have no shoes.

Absolutely disgusting slightly taller, somewhat built man in foot locker uniform peed all over the floor and toilet seat in the ground floor cubicles near coles / sushi hub and didn’t flush or wash hands.feral to think the worker is touching products and serving customers with a complete lack of hygiene.

I love this store. The staff are really patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I have shopped here I walk out feeling really good about my experience.

You should check your business hours online, it says open until 10pm but close when we get there.

Extremely rude store Manager by the name of Bronson. Treating customers with no respect. Prioritises talking to other staff and his friends who visit the store instead of dealing with customers.be aware of this rude guy

Staff members were really fun and helped us get the right shoes and gave nice vibes to enhance your shopping experience. The staff are professional, helpful, covid safe. This must be a flagship store and I was impressed by the range of sneakers and would definitely have something for those into the sneaker game.

So they removed the locker room app that allows discounts. Note they only done this to Australia. Discrimination is still I thing I see. Will now just order sneakers online from overseas.

I was having a really bad day. However, one of the workers said I have ‘drip’. This made me smile. So that is how I went from having a bad day and new balance sneakers to having a good day and the new release Jordan 1’s. I love feet!

Ordered online on 12 Feb.delivery to stkilda. 9 days later the shoes still haven’t arrived. And they have the nerve to charge 10 bucks for delivery.

Had a ery bad experience there. Since out of stock, I paid for the Nike and was told they would deliver them to me. But after 3 weeks when I call back to ask about the delivery, they said the order was cancelled, and let me go to the store to do the refund. Shouldn’t you inform the customer timely?

Slightly smaller than their Chaddy and Melb stores, but often have good range. Nice and close plus they have some good balling gear.

What corruption & fraud - all stores are closed but you still sell eGift cards to customers who cannot redeem them. I think ACCC may be interested in your practce.

I went to this store for the first time and purchased a pair of polo shoes. The customer service I experienced was beyond amazing.staffs are so friendly and welcoming.would definitely go here again.

Good range of shoes easy to view as displayed. Staff a bit thin on the ground, but it was very busy with after Xmas sales.

This young lady helped us for at least 30 min. She was kind a talkative. She helped me find the write shoes and was patient and gave ideas. 100% recommend going to footlocker in Doncaster.
