Had very little range of sizes available in the House of Hoops making it tough to try on and decide between different performance basketball shoes.

Bought a faulty pair of trackies. Stiching coming undone after 3 wears purchased 2 weeks ago. Brice was patronizing and repeated that their “return and exchange policy is for unworn items only. ” He refused to exchange them. Despite having my receipt he told me that the faulty pair I brought in could be years old and I am bringing in a new receipt for a good pair i have at home. Sounds like a fool proof system to prevent exhange of faulty items. I’ll be in touch with head office no doubt.

Poor customer services. Call the contact number more then 20 times and no one even pick up. What’s the point of having one. Can buy the same shoes at different store for better price.

This store claims that the release will be line up and first in–first serve. Some people could get in the line just because they have written a list, which has already been determined that who could be the first to get in, even if they are not there! This is really unfair! The creator of this list could do this just because he has some relationship with the one of their staff or one of manager. The manager would preferably decide which line could be first to be served.

This footlocker store has a good range of trendy sports shoes for toddlers and young children. I purchased some nike Air Force for my child and will be back when he outgrows them. 5 stars for the good range of shoes and customer service.

Came in to return a teen's t-shirt I'd bought for a birthday, unworn, all labels and swing tags still attached. Said I couldn't return as it smelled.of what? They couldn't really say and as it had sat with a couple of other b'day presents, including a hoodie I'd bought from this same store, the only thing it smelt like was clothing, the same as when I bought the darn thing. Suggested I sell it on ebay, yeah, thanks for the tip.
Not impressed and unfortunately my teen boys will be spending their $$ elsewhere from now on.

You were so helpful with my son choosing a new pair of basketball shoes & knew your products, & because you didn't have them in store or even Victoria for that matter you went out of your way to find them in another part of Australia & have them delivered directly to our front door. Which meant we didn't have to drive another 1 hour back to Chadstone the following weekend just to collect the shoes. Your employer should be very happy with your customer service skills. Keep going young man & you will go far.
