Foot Locker

I had the best customer service experience today at Foot Locker Chadstone. I was assisted by Evangelia and can’t speak highly enough of her excellent service and care. She attended to me while I waited for her busily requesting stock on the phone. She placed a delivery order for me (minus a delivery charge)
as the stock wasn’t available in store.
She was super caring and so pleasant. What a gem. Look after her Foot Locker. Thank you E.

Brandon at Chadstone store is awesome! We accidentally bought the wrong size jacket and his service was to be commended. Thank you Brandon we will definitely shop at Xhadstone in future

Big shout out to a lovely young lady Josephine, very helpful and easy to communicate with. I wish the other store across the shopping centre would have the same customer service as Josephine provided to me, I haven’t came across such a welcoming customer service in a while.

Staff didn't know shoes come in different widths. Acted like 4e was something I made up to annoy them

Can confidently say I do not enjoy going to Chadstone, however on occasion do go to visit Foot Locker specifically for their extensive sneaker collection and drops.

Everyone there is super easy to deal with, always apologetic if you have been waiting around- surprised that such great customer service still exists.

Went to get work shoes. Celine was friendly, informed, listened to what I was after and got me exactly what I wanted. Enjoyable experience.

Such a worst experience.customer dealing is gross.a customer dealing of slene is like really egoistic… if someone don’t want to spoil there shopping experience please don’t visit such store who is having such a ruthless staff

I've been calling the store a number of times this afternoon. Each time it rings out and the call drops after a voice message. All I'm after is a stock check and not going to bother driving half an hour, if they don't have in stock.

Thank you to Nic who helped me choose a great pair of shoes for my partner. I know nothing about male footwear but he was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated his expertise as he discussed the different features of the shoes I was interested in and I left confident with his recommended option. Thanks for being so lovely in this busy, stressful Christmas time!

Been calling all afternoon, no one picks up the phone. Don't want to come into store without checking if stock of what I want is available since there's no "Find In Store" option on Foot Locker's website.

Not boasting but have a huge shoe collection 107 pairs of shoes the huge majority purchased from footlocker in Chadstone. Well lets say purchase prior to the reopening of the new store.
Every single time i walk in to the store it is now like a constant staff meeting. No one even says hi, no one askes if you need assistance or even shows even a vast interest in anyone other than their fellow staff members. I have tested this by vertually picking up and observing every shoe thinking maybe that might indicate i wanted to spend some money in the store. But even then the staff didnt even notice or care. I counted 8 staff members and only one staff member assiting customers (who was at the chech out). Do you know that you are paying your staff to socialise.
At the previous footlocker store everyone was so helpful almost every staff member would greet a customer and try and assist. WHAT ON EARTH HAS HAPPENED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I need very little encouragement to drop $$$$ on new shoes. But this lack of customer service has discouraged me on 3 occasions now.

Came in today to spend any amount of money to get new shoes for my son. 5 staff members were hanging off the front counter, ALL ignoring customers! I had to go to the counter and interrupt them to get help! When the man didn’t have my size I said “I’m looking for shoes for my son in a size 10” he walked off on me and ignored my request for help and went back to gossiping with his co-workers! To have SOOOOOO many staff on and an almost empty store (now I know why!) it’s not good enough that I couldn’t get service. I left without shoes and feeling upset, frustrated and embarrassed. Best believe I’ll be taking this further with head office! Where was the manager and why aren’t they making their staff actually work! Fair enough if they were all busy but they weren’t! They were just chatting and doing no work! Done with Foot Locker now! And thanks to the lovely lady at CONVERSE who gave me her full attention and helped me get shoes (I spent $100) I need to get another pair of shoes for my son and 2 for my daughter, guess here I WONT be going! And I’ll be telling my socials of my experience

Staff YONILDA? Was so kind. I visit at the busiest time to exchange my cap. More than 3 group at the cash counter with her but she handled quickly and kindly. Best staff ever!

I came in to exchange some shoes which had a quality issue. Emily helped me out and I cannot thank her enough. Not only was she extremely professional, polite and attentive, her customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. Even though the shoes I wanted weren't in stock, Emily went above and beyond to make sure they'd be delivered to my home. I honestly can't thank her enough for her stellar service. Thank you Emily for an amazing experience, I can't thank you enough!

I bought a pair of Curry 1 OG, then it said I placed the order. Few days later i was sent an email saying I was getting a refund and there was no stock. I looked online on foot lockers website and it said the same size shoe was almost sold out, ALMOST. HELP ANYONE THIS IS A SCAM. WATCH OUT IT STILL ALLOWS YOU TO ORDER!

Lawrence, biggest adlay in Melbourne, was getting a pair of sunset tns as an eshay does in his natural habitat and he helped heaps props to him good as service plenty of tns

Ive purchased adidas shoe from chadstone store but was only given 1 shoe instead of a pair. I wasnt expecting this kind of irresponsbile service from you. I absolutely wont reccomend your store to anyone.

Was at the Chadstone store.extremely helpful staff member called Leah! She was amazing with her knowledge on what is current for teenagers and was more than happy to get out almost every shoe in the store for my son to try on. Thank you for your patience!

Had a very friendly welcome and answered all my questions try to help find the shoe that I needed.what a great team they where.
