Foot Locker

Needed to exchange some footwear as it was the wrong size. My partner and I have called 4 stores (it's 11.30am on a Saturday). All 4 stores have rang out. Tried head office and the guy was completely incompetent. Couldn't help with any of our questions. Terrible customer experience.

For cheaper prices and a variety of brands, Foot Locker is the place. Great customer service and if you're looking for high end branded shoes, they may have some in store.

Great place for sneakerheads. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the prices on some of the shoes are very reasonable. Definitely worth the visit. I would love to recommend them to everyone who is looking for the best and latest and quality sneakers.

Excellent Service. We were looking shoes for my daughter for her part time job. After explaining type of environment she worked in & what functionality we needed, Jayson our customer service assitant proceeded to explain his recommendations. He was knowledgeable & friendly. We'll defenitley be back again.

Asked for a help, the attendant Jason just told me, just look around. While I was looking, another person asked for help, he again said the same thing. Not a great shop assistant at all.

Always excellent service from the staff. Every time we have gone in there the staff has ensured our needs are met. I have very fussy children and they make sure that the experience is positive for them. We always shop around but usually make the purchase from Foot Locker as the have gone that extra mile!

At this store customer service leaves a lot to be desired, instead of giving someone a blank, judgmental gawk when they tell you they don’t understand which shoe is which, help them.

Very nice store with heaps of latest sheo variety and trendy items. Staff is very friendly and they have good collection. Highly recommended.

It is great place to shop. We spent like two hours in their busy time to find out our best possible full on exercise runners and basketball Nike shoes. But the staff were so professional and helpful with huge patience. This store got a variety and latest trends. Strongly recommend. Many thanks

The location to where we were was superb! The staff very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Prices on shoes were atrocious! Highest I've seen in along time. Thats the main reason for a low review.

Went in today looking for light runners for my 2 year old son. I must say I was surprised with the service and the care that was taken to accomodate what I was looking for. Ended up with the classic ALL-STAR for the little one. Great service by Nathan. Thanks!

Called this store about 6 times and they wouldn’t pick up. What’s the point in having a phone if your not going to pick up the 6th time I call? Lost my sale:)

Dont even bother calling they dont answer been calling from 9am dont think theres gonna be a store full of people at that time
