Greatest service from Damian. After searching endlessly for a pink pair of trainers for my partner back in QLD, he was able to get me probably the last pair in Victoria and helped me tick off my bucket list for Melbourne before my flight this evening.

Easily the best non customer service staff oriented store and to an extent the brand as well. All of them are stereotypes, show no intentions to offer assistance of any sort little alone their products, don't know the stakeholders continue to show faith in this brand.

If you are a indian or dark skin don't even think about customs services. Worst racist stor ever. End up buying from Adidas.

A lady named Mia served me very well by providing the size of Jordan’s I was looking for, and she was very nice. But they lady at the cashier was the most aggressive person I have ever seen. I purchased a pair of Jordan 6s for $260 I’d at least expect some respect for the Jordan legacy at footlocker but she was full throwing the shoes and the box while inspecting the pair, damaging it in the process while also be very rough with the carry bag. Sucks that some of these footlocker employees don’t respect or understand shoe culture

Never have I ever received a simple hello or a greeting from a single staff member of this store! Only reason I walk in there is because of their products.
Customer service does not live here.
Highpoint is not known for good customer service but this store takes the crown

Customer service was great, and the store had a wide variety of styles and sizes in stock for me to try. Settled on some Jordon 1s - high retro og. Can't wait to get my next pair!

A fantastic store and the staff are so attentive and helpful. Despite being busy, at no point did me and my family feel left unattended. My wife bought shoes today size 7 as she gets to the counter there was a secret discussion amongst the staff. We thought nothing of it until we get home and see 7.5 size shoe with the. 5 blacked out on the box hoping we wouldn't notice! At the end of the day we still would of bought the shoes being only half size different! Point being if the staff can't be honest with there customers why should we buy from them! Will be definitely walking past this store when I'm on the hunt for new kicks. Boooo for foot locker

Poor customer service spoke to a guy who clearly was more interested in chatting around then actually do some work, definitely not going back.

Good store, well presented, nice quality clothes and shoes, however not much variety of clothes for women or toddlers.foot locker should target the market for women's clothes also not just men's.

I was extremely happy by the customer service i was given at this store last night. Delia greeted us at the front door and not only was she very welcoming and nice but she was very attentive with my needs and delivered her service with a smile (that I could see even while wearing a mask). It was a busy period with a full store and she went out of her way to find the exact item that I was after. Great job Delia keep it up!

I bought a jumper from this store online (great jumper I love it) but you guys left the security tag thing on the jumper so I had to go to watergardens footlocker to take it off.
Ill be buying more jumpers in the future just make sure if I buy them online TAKE THE SECURITY TAG OFF!

Waited 2 weeks for a delivery that didn't arrive. Could not contact store or head office. They did not ring or email to advise that order would not be arriving. Had to go in person and was told there was no stock in that shoe. Was then refunded our money. Extremely poor customer service. Will never purchase again. REBEL all the way! 0 stars!

Please turn down the music in your store at Highpoint. It's too loud. I mentioned it today in the store and the assistant didn't do anything about it. It's a store not a nightclub. Listen to your customers.
