25Service slow. Three free people on the floor, yet only person was on the register with no support. Customer service was non existant.
Very rude staff I entered the store looking to buy and the guy that worked there never had any interest in helping me out answering questions ect I was ignored I told him about it and he told me to leave the store extremely bad customer service.
The ONLY foot locker store that answered their phones and provided customer service, much broader range of shoes here aswell.
Visited this store yesterday and found the 'service' unbelievably poor. Sales assistant was just not interested! Went to another store nearby and spent nearly $200.
Unbelievable store, Always happy to help and build brilliant customer/client rapport. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. An Asian Staff Member assisted me for well over an hour trying on various sizes and colours:)
