Foot Locker

Absolute worst store. Took my faulty squelchy Adidas shoes purchased on sale in for a replacement. As soon as the staff tell you they "Can't do anything and the Store Manager is on a lunch break, come back in 30 mins" you just know what's coming next.

The store manager finally appears, with all the joie de vivre of a prison inmate. Refused to even acknowledge my issues and kept parroting that Foot Locker don't sell faulty goods.

I purchase 5-6 pairs of kicks from Foot Locker every year but I'm done. Don't shop here as they clearly don't give a damn about customer satisfaction.

Noah gave me the WORST SERVICE i have ever received. He is so arrogant and did not want to help me at all. You are better off spending your money elsewhere or being served by anyone who is not him.

The gentleman working today at the southland gave me the best customer service ever receieved.
Polite, friendly, and exceptionally helpful.

I would have given a better review had the 5-6 staff who were casually standing around actually acknowledged us and offered some customer service.
Lost a decent sale as we were after 4 pairs of premium sneakers.
Purchased elsewhere.

3 team members standing around doing nothing not one asked if we needed any help.
Very disappointing customer service.

Foot Locker in Southland Shopping Centre is a pretty good Foot Locker, they usually have a great range of the latest Kicks and other items of Clothing, the staff are all really friendly and helpful, and they also have a lot of patience with customers trying to find the best size for you as well as the colour and style you are looking for, I Highly Recommend Foot Locker at Westfield Shopping Centre Southland.

Great place, extremely friendly staff, big range on hand at great prices. Staff member even stayed longer after she was clocked off to help me out.

Beth helped me out today and because she was such a gun I ended up buying 3 x pairs of shoes when I only came in for ond. She was absolutely lovely! Won’t shop elsewhere now.

Beth and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Great service and a wide range of runners and sporting apparel.

Awesome job guys - was so useful to get properly measured up and custom fitted with shoes that suited my feet and running style - 10 out of 10.

Not a fan of staff member with blonde tips, very displeased to hear how he treats other staff members.

As I will not support someone so patronising and rude, I will not be shopping at footlocker southland anymore.

I could not rate this store lower if I tried. Absent, disinterested staff who couldn’t sell air in a vacuum.

Bought a pair Nike air 90s as an early. Christmas present they have seams falling apart already 2weeks old don't buy them. Faulty goods

This isnt how this store used to look. There is basically no stock at all at this footlocker, and as soon as i entered the store i was greeted by a girl with brown hair laughing obnoxiously and swearing very loudly behind the registers. Loud enough that im sure everyone in the store heard, and just wasnt a good look for the store as a whole. The two gentlemen who served me were kind and very respectful, but the girl who was at the registers was just on her phone the entire time i was there and was just laughing like an ape and then she started swearing so loud that the entire store could hear. I hope her attitude changes and and the store gets some more stock coming through.

Had a fantastic experience at foot locker in Southland. The customer service representative.was amazing she helped my son and I find the perfect pairs of shoes. He was so happy when she found an adult matching pair to the shoes he wanted. So we settled up and left with amazing matching shoesななさそ

I came in with my son in search of basketball shoes and a tall guy called Alex was able to help us choose a pair of kyries for him. Excellent customer service, will definitely be returning here again.

Terrible customer service. Never asked if I needed help and when I asked about another size in a shoe I was looking for there was no help given to try and sort it out for me.
Tried on a shoe from the shelf and the two guys just watched me from behind the counter.

Very worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. There is a guy named Alex need to get some classes of how to treat with customers.
They are selling duplicate products.

Went recently, was served by a staff member called Oliver. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. I would go back to specifically to see him if and when my family need something from this store.
