Customer service were very average, and could have made my visit more pleasant. Not friendly at all, and wouldn't recommend. I am not sure if it was because I am not a paying customer. The parking was good, and it was located inside.

Very poor customer service. I called and told what the clinical notes stated and they let me know that my MRI would covered by Medicare. I sent my clinical notes to the email that they provided and that email bounced back because it was blocked. Once I got to the clinic they told me I had to pay for the MRI. I had to pay because I really needed the MRI to be done. However, in the future I would never recommend this clinic. My doctor clearly mentioned ligament injury on the clinical notes and after I got my MRI results it showed I had a meniscus injury. NEVER AGAIN.

Very busy practice. If you have an early appointment park out the back and you can enter their before they open the front door
Staff efficient but under the pump
MRI operator was caring and efficient.
Contrary to some other comments the MRI in majority of cases NOT covered by Medicare unfortunately

No wait, very fast scan and professional staff. Carpark was busy so you might need to park nearby.

Called me at 14.20 and after waiting for 30 mins told me that appointment is at 14.50
No phone/email on the delay.

Very happy with my visit. Any doctors appointment is stressful and the staff put me at ease. Everyone was very helpful. I was looked at before my appointment time and was out very quickly.

There is parking at the back but it’s busy.

Over capacity inside, reception staff wearing masks incorrectly and not advising clients without masks to wear them.

However, my stenographer was lovely, very professional and i had a great experience once out of the waiting room.

I called Moonee Ponds to check the fees for MRI I needed. They advised the cost would be $695 out of pocket as it was not covered by Medicare. I contacted another MRI in Keilor and they do cover the same MRI by Medicare with no out of pocket costs so its a no brainer for me.

After reading all the reviews, I was bit tensed before going there. My appointment for ultrasound was at 10: 00 am (3rd sept). But my experience was totally opposite to what everyone had written in here. That’s the reason I am writing this review.reception staff was great and very polite. The lady doctor who did my ultrasound was soooo sweet, tender and very considerate. I was addressed by the doctor at 10: 02 only, I didn’t even have to wait. Overall, I will give 5 star

Wow. I haven't even had my appointment but booking the appointment on the phone was not great at all. The lady I spoke to was quite rude and I honestly feel like cancelling just based on that experience!

I came in for a mammogram and breast ultrasound last week. I found all the staff at FMIG to be extremely friendly and very welcoming. They were professional and caring during the entire process and made sure I was comfortable while I was being scanned. Definitely recommend. Very pleasant experience.

Having just had an unpleaseant experience on the phone I came to check why this centre only has 2.8 stars and it is definitely due to the reception staff. Couldn't care less about the persons needs and couldn't wait to get off the phone to me. Wasn't interested in helping me find an appointment, I was speaking to a 'Marie'. Needless to say I didn't book anything and won't be attending there in the future.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Every one of the reception team I’ve dealt with have been rude and dismissive. Anyone that harbours that much hatred for the general population should find a job that doesn’t require dealing with sensitive patients. Also had a terrible experience with both one of the sonographers and a radiologist. I can’t even be bothered to waste time on writing more details, or was traumatic enough living it. THE WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

Decent enough service but they didn't send the images through to the royal children's so it was a total waste of my time and effort coming here. Had to get the x-rays redone.

Took a day off work to come in with my mum to do her x-rays thinking that there would be no translator but to our surprise we were called in by a young Vietnamese staff who knew her Vietnamese. She was so efficient and lovely, we were done within less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the customer service that we received. Highly recommend FMIG to everyone for their scans.

Terrible customer service and management- do not bulk bill for specialist referrals but don't tell you until it's too late. Extremely unhelpful reception staff. Doctor good

The worst experience for anyone. The guy doing the US scan was very rude and disrespectful. The Guy working With Dr Nitin has a hooked and large nose. He is the most unprofessional man in the medical field. They were also charging a very high fees for the scan.
I would definitely recommend women to stay away from this place as I know a few who have had bad experiences with this hooked nose technician there.
Go to Capital or the St albans branch.stay away from moonee ponds.

The lady that did the MRI was so lovely - 10/10. The reception staff, however, were just so rude - dreadful. Wouldn't go back.
