43 I'm disappointed by the way I was treated during my ultrasound scan. The lady who did my ultrasound was no were close to being polite when I asked her to be gentle as I'm already dying with pain. I understand that the staff has to deal with many patients everyday and but that does not give them a right to be rude to someone who is trusting them to know their medical issue.
However, the staff at the reception were friendly and polite.
Big shout out to Maria and Mel at FMIG Moonee Ponds. Their genuine care and compassion was just outstanding. Thank you so much for making me feel safe before and during my MRI. I couldn't have done it without you. Best customer service ever.
Staff are wonderful especially the reception staff Maria and Mel. So attentive and helpful on the phone and face to face.

I went in today to have an ultrasound and x-ray performed on my ankle. The professionalism and courtesy that I received from every staff member that I encountered was amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone unfortunate enough with any sports injuries.
Have been here many times very busy place, reception always doing there best to keep up and always friendly and helpful, if you don't have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all this is a medical practice I can't understand why people give them such a hard time, stop thinking the world only revolves around you have some respect for these girls
Took a long wait the first time I called but tried again later and they were all good. Quick, simple no dramas and adaptive.
The organisation here is absolutely terrible!
I was told by my doctor to try and get a chest X-ray before they closed for the day. Knowing that it was close to closing time, I decided to call to make sure the drive there wasn’t a waste of my time.
The receptionist tells me that it’s fine and that I will be seen if I arrive before 4: 30 and to come to the clinic.
I get to the clinic 10 minutes after the to be told I can’t be seen. I asked who was the person I spoke to on the phone and was ignored, only to be told I know you came before 4: 30 but we just can’t see you.
What was the point of me calling and being told I will be seen and getting there to find out I can’t be seen
Arrived for my 8: 15 appointment. Office locked up tight and phone answering machine indicated that business does not open till 8: 30. Website also gives 8: 30 as opening time yet SMS reminder clearly states appointment at 8: 15! Get your act together folk.
Asked to pay for scan before service is provided. Not immediately offered a receipt after paying. What sort of business is this?
Customer Service is needed ASAP
Rudest people I have ever come across look you up and down No hello just continued to talk amongst themselves about weekend just past only two people in waiting room (timed for half hour) third person walked in sat down another half hour went by no interaction with us I went up asked if there was a problem they said no not at all come on through

Ashok Palanisamy went above and beyond in terms of customer service, rang me to tell me the specialist was running late and reschedule my appt, helped me with another appt at the same centre and even later on, on the phone, can highly recommend
Terrible reception staff. I arrived to pick up my wife but she was not in the waiting room. I informed the receptionist of her name and asked if she was receiving her x ray. She snapped back "I dont know" and went back to looking at her computer
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place? ! I read them after I had made my appointment so was curious to see if they were accurate. I found quite the opposite. The receptionists were busy but were helpful and friendly enough. The nurses were also quite nice and explained the procedure I was there to have without feeling rushed. It's a medical clinic full of people coming and going all day! Of course I expect a degree of courtesy and respect, but seems like some people expect royal treatment!

I would have given zero. Receptionist are soo rude. I went for ultrasound receptionist could not find my details. I showed her reminder message I received on my mobile then she started looking for my details. She asked Medicare card then finally agreed that I had appointment booked I was booked at 10am I was there by 9: 50am. Because of their delay they started hurrying me.they called inside at 10: 10 and did not give time to settle down. Said we are running late can you hurry up. When scan started she was quick and went on taking images and did not give more details. She just wanted to finish her job. Once scan completed she ran away. When I went back to receptionist after scan they said you are good to go. Did not mention about payment. Once I reached home call came from centre asking money and she started threatening me we will not send your report to doctor unless you make payment. I was ready to make payment she continued screaming on me you have to make payment right now. No manner to talk to pregnant lady. Ultrasound is precious for us because This is only time we see out bubba. If I knew there name would not have hesitated to mention. I recommend not to go there
Very rude and incompetent staff. It’s always unpleasant talking on the phone with them to get an appointment.
MRI technician was great but when calling to see if results had been posted the reception lady was extremely rude
Poor service when I physically cant wear a mask for a medical reason and they rejected me when I could have a broken foot
Drive from Bendigo to get an ultrasound in and out in 30 minutes to easy.
Receptionist was great very helpful
Radiologist was wonderful.
The bad reviews are obviously Melbourne people that are impatient and ignorant.
Well worth the 1.3 hour drive as in Bendigo I would have to wait for over 4 weeks to get one at home.
I just got off the phone and those people are rude to say the least.
I wanted clarification on medication as I'm claustrophobic and also the fact I probably should book an X-ray too as I've recently done a lot of metal work.
The tone they used was very unfriendly and needless to say I'll be taking my business somewhere else!
Does not provide a friendly warm customer service experience. Very disappointing especially during this pandemic.
Very shady in my opinion - they gave me unusable scans then refused to rescan or refund. Stay away.
