Certainly not the best Greek option in the area.

Whitebait was not fresh, dips were average.

Prices 5%-10% higher than nearby alternatives with slightly smaller portions.

Desserts, which are usually the highlight of a Greek meal, were terrible here. Custard desert was dry and bland.

Menu is also more limited than the Melbourne Greek spots like, Theo’s, and Jimmys and far less busy, so you need the question the freshness of everything.

Had the banquet and asked what the difference between the banquets were that being the meat in the larger banquet includes lamb and patties. When the meats came only gyros was served and when I asked where the other meats that were promised are I was told it wasn't provided as we had a voucher with 20% discount. Why provide a discount if you aren't going to provide the inclusion in the first place. Very average quality won't be going back.

The best! Lamb in spit is my fav. Also love the calamari and chips, can't go wrong with mussos skills and technique.

I suggest you get them to read your order back to you and if you're getting takeaway, check it thoroughly before you leave.

There's no other way than to get the banquet option, it is such good value and easy for everyone! My Dad loved having his 60th birthday here.

Tasty food & lots of it. Service is good. It's a bit noisey though. I'll go again and I hope it's soon.

Amazing place for the perfect day! We had a really good time and we had tasty plenty of food. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend them.

I go here with the family semi regularly. The food and service are both excellent, we have never had a bad meal here.

Fantastic food! We had the gyros lamb, whitebait, greek salad, pita bread with three dips, baclava and some drinks. Can't fault anything! Simply delicious! Have recently been trying out Greek restaurants across Melbourne, and Florina's by far is the best. Highly recommend it!

They served me the best tasting Chicken meat I have had in my life! Very generous serving of meals, cosy and homey restaurant environment, and hospitable staff. Very well done!

Only two people were serving but give them the compliment service was very good. Though we had to travel far, was worth having a change in different area, and food.

An absolutely wonderful first experience in a Greek Tavern, and by accident too. The gyro lamb was tender and oozes wholesomeness of home cooked food. BBQ calamari was awesome! Sweet naturally and so succulent. Bread was delicious and salad was crisp and refreshing. All these eaten with a background of vivacious Greek music. What a find!

We had our early Chrismas dinner with our IT team last Friday. We have also been here 2 years ago maybe. Very nice place and great staff. We did go with the 3-course banquet menu. No complaint at all. We totally love it.

I think the best option to go for a banquet menu if you are a group of people.

Here on 2 occassions and the food has been terrible. The chicken smells, never coming here again.

I wasnt impressed by food or service too much, however I was well surprised with coffee and desert. I left the place a bit hungry but with good taste in my mouth.
