Flight Centre Waterfront Docklands

We spoke with Corey on the phone and he was so helpful! The experience was very positive and he answered all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. We are about to finalise our return flights to Europe and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Corey for helping out! Much appreciated.

My friend and I booked our International Flights at Docklands and you expect staff at the Flight Centre to be experienced. Well not so in Docklands. Jaime & Corey had little experience in welcoming customers and treated us with little respect. As we sat down, Jaime was very unwelcoming and at no time introduced herself. She was having great difficulty using the computer and having to ask her Manager (Corey) for assistance. Jaime was unable to complete or confirm our flights at the time and said she would contact us in the afternoon. This never happened and we had to contact her to confirm things. While we made our bookings, Jaime suggested some travel insurance and we agreed to accept. Next day Jaime calls to ask if we want travel insurance which was a great surprise, as we had already agreed. Due to her incompetence we decided to organise our own travel insurance. The weekend was upon us and we had not heard from the Flight Centre about our tickets. We called and spoke to Jaime who was so so rude, your tickets are ready to pick up. We asked why she did not call to let us know and and became more aggressive. We went down and picked up our flight tickets from Jaime and she just handed them to us and said nothing.
I would hope Flight Centre management team will take our complaint seriously and take the necessary action.
